We went to Beals in Hedge End and were astounded by the service. Sadly our late grandmother passed away and we needed a valuation for probate. Because we wanted to keep the property in the family, but needed value for probate, a lot of the other agents in the village weren’t very interested but Liz and Jack were sympathetic, understanding and more than happy to help.

We are part way through renting a property with Beals. Our letting negotiator Luenna-Jane has been extremely helpful. We have had a lot of questions and she has only been too happy to help and accommodating. From the first tour around the property which was professional, well explained, all the way through to the paperwork of this process! Would highly recommend their services.

YellAVOID RENTING THROUGH THEM.
Horrifically bad estate agents. The most useless staff I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with, not one of them is helpful. They send you round in circles trying to get hold of anybody for any kind of help at all! There’s not one friendly or helpful person working in this office. STAY AWAY FROM RENTING WITH BEALS. They lie about bills and rent prices and do nothing to help solve your issues. Would give 0 stars if possible.

My experience with Oliver Sourmenidis and the letting team has been exceptional, their knowledge and guidance makes the whole process smooth sailing. A tenant was found extremely quickly also, the benefits that come with the silver service I’m very pleased with, the guaranteed rent makes it a no brainer.

A very big thank you to Luenna-Jane for her friendly and professional service. Most of the rental companies I have dealt with previously have been very impersonal and in a hurry to get the deal done. Luenna made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and has helped us through all the steps in a respectful and sincere manner. She is a real gem.

Lucy has been so helpful with helping us to purchase our first home, nothing has been to much trouble for her and has always been so quick to respond to any questions or queries we may have, she has been flexible with viewings and worked around what worked for us, rather than herself. I highly recommend using beales.

I called for some advice on 4 bed rentals as we need more space with a large family. Shelby was really helpful and knowledgable, helped us with locations and rough prices to expect. We are now on the look out for a bigger home and Shelby will keep us posted if something that ticks out boxes comes along.

We had a lady called Zoe helping us try to find a new home, she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Always trying to find us properties and get us in for viewing as early as possible. I would 100% recommend them as an estate agent definitely went above and beyond to help
