Hi Kelvyn, Can you confirm the property address? There are plenty of reasons why this might happen, the vendor may have instructed, but has set a specific date for the property go live, the third party board contractor that most agents rely on gas put the board at the wrong property, the board may not have been collected yet, the property may now be removed as it may have gone under offer and the board takes a few days to be changed, all of the above can be quickly explained if you were to call our office? I find it disappointing and absolutely farcical, that you feel this ridiculous comment, warrants giving a 1* review, we work extremely hard to deliver excellent customer service in Southport, it’s a shame that this small minority of hatred is trying its tactical best to discredit and tarnish our reputation. If you actually take time to understand how pathetic this sounds, then you may one day have the capacity to use a line of communication more akin to a genuine person and not some pathetic attempt to drag us through the mud!

Thank you for your feedback. As discussed with yourself and partner, this is simply not the case. Whilst a sale was verbally agreed, the vendor felt after reviewing the extent of the property chain involved in the sale of your home, it was too high a risk to proceed, given a similar situation resulting in a previous sale breaking down. They felt a "chain free" buyer which had offered also, was a safer option. As the estate agent we are obliged to put forward all offers and consult our vendors on buyer positions, in order to act in their best interest. We are also lead on their decisions and therefore cannot control the overall outcome. Going out of your way to tarnish an agent's reputation, whilst we have acted within the framework set out by agency legislation, is disappointing, especially after we engaged to resolve the matter.

There phone lines are always busy how can you sell homes if you can never get in touch with the agents..??

Dear customer,I don’t think the fact our phone lines are always busy is a poor reflection on service and definitely does not warrant a 1 star review! We sell the most homes in Southport by a very far margin and do this successfully well. I personally get back to all missed calls and emails and have been doing so since 8am on a Sunday morning. If you can provide your telephone number I can check the call history now. I never miss any calls as we work on a cloud based system which means all calls come through to our mobiles even if we are out of the office.
