Tell you they’ll call back and don’t, ask for screenshots of their own listings when you try to clarify obvious errors and respond with rude messages. Service and attention to detail has slipped massively vs when they were new and different to all the other big standard firms in the area

Our message to you was very polite and met with sheer nonchalance and arrogance, manners cost absolutely nothing! it’s a shame you have nothing better to do than trawl through our social media platforms in some strange attempt to try and find ways and means to be derogatory about something so insignificant to clearly demonstrate how small of a human being you really feel! Maybe it would be better for you to engage someone about the real issues causing you to act upon the negative problems you really face in your life and not focus on damaging the reputation of small businesses who work tirelessly 7 days a week to deliver great service to our clients who deserve such behaviour. We would ask to refrain from such harassment and bullying and to stop contacting us.

Be aware that flexi-agent are refusing to allow people to view properties. If you wish to sell consider using a company who actually allow people to view properties.Upon leaving this review flexi-agent proceed to phone me up and swear at me over the phone. A wholly unprofessional company who thinks it is acceptable to swear at people and call them names. Avoid at all costs.

Matthew, do you realise we are in a pandemic and people are actually dying, yet you think it’s acceptable to discredit a company that are trying to comply with government legislation. It is incredibly sad, that you would leave a one star review for an exceptional company, who are trying to do their best in tragic times. Upon actually speaking to you, it’s apparent that you have no respect or regard for what is currently happening. We are the market leading agent in Southport, and have been for a long time, and cannot believe how incredulous you are being towards us. We have been trying to protect our staff and clients and we do not care about what other agents are doing, please refrain from contacting our office and staff. You actually think it’s acceptable to leave a one star review, when we we work so hard to sell homes, how dare you!!! 2. If you need to sell your property to buy, get it on the market:“My property is immaculate, and on a really popular road, it will sell quickly.”“I don’t want to market my property until I have found somewhere else. If it sells quickly, I will have nowhere to go.”These are just two things estate agents hear most days. If you fall into either of these categories, now more than ever, you need to seriously consider marketing your home. It is likely that most estate agents will not allow people to view properties if they are not in an immediate position to proceed.If your property does sell fast and you haven’t found, don’t worry. As long as your agent is transparent with any interested party about your circumstances from the start, they should be able to work to your timescales when finding a new home.Also, competition is fierce. There are not enough properties coming to the market to satisfy demand. The best properties will always have multiple people going for them. If you are not in a position to proceed, or on the market with interest, you are highly likely to miss out. Put yourself in the vendors’ shoes; would you prefer to sell to someone who has sold subject to contract and has a mortgage in place or someone who hasn’t even had their property valued and needs to sell to buy?

Have sold and purchased through Flexi Agent and have always found them professional and efficient. Loved that I could communicate with them outside office hours so didn't interfere with my job. They arranged viewing days which was much better than having people coming on different days as I couldn't keep missing work.

He is efficient and effective and seems to give 110% effort. If I was selling a property I would like him to deal with it as he really works hard to get a sale. He is very proactive.
