GoogleNo interest in wanting to help zero customer service spoke to 2 people first girl never got her name but was extremely patronising and rude. Second girl Emma who is supposed to be quite high up in the branch Lettings Director at Bailey Estates, her tonality in how she spoke to me was very flat and a 'i don't care attitude' I explained that I would not be buying a house from them due to the way I was spoken to the first time no apology no lets see what I can do no nothing just ok bye. Buying a house is a big purchase just because the market is in a very good place and estate agents are inundated with people wanting to buy homes should be no reason to act in the manner of I don't care because someone else will phone soon.

GoogleRefuse to help with their tenants, I come home to have rocks thrown at me, my son and my dog, I have many police logs from the verbal abuse I have to endure listening to every night into early hours, months I have phoned, emailed the lot and shocked that they have done this in another two previous property's.
The neighbours have tried poisoning my puppy,
Vandalised my house, climbed onto my porch roof and stared through my bedroom window, every day I enter or leave the house I get verbal abuse and so do my guests, my 2 year old son gets awoken regularly to banging on my bedroom wall as he is to scared to sleep in his own bed! My sons health has deteriorated with persistent illnesses and the doctor believes it may be due a lack of sleep to allow the body to recover! My son awakes to banging and screaming during the night in hysterics believing someone is in his home! I have no privacy, I get daily verbal abuse and threats and I come home to get rocks thrown at me from above! I have had enough this is suppose to be mine and my sons home and yet we are prisoners subjected to continuous abuse.
