Nigel Bailey personally came to evaluate the house. I was struck by his genuine interest, warmth and professionalism. The process has been consistently excellent, with Emma Bailey and the team guiding me through. I was able to utilise their support in having a little last-minute work completed, alarms added to make my property ready for rental. I had a tight schedule and Baileys accommodated that calmly and practically. From start to finish the process took around a month. I now have a tenant, and I am very happy with the service. Worst agency I have ever come across. Booked an appointment a week ago, got the confirmation on email, when the time came for viewing they kept us stranded on a Saturday weekend🫠.... Tried calling but no response. I don't get the point why can't they even let us know if they can't make it for viewing 🙄. Is it because we are not welcome to let a property or is it that they don't care? Interesting fact, there was another guy who came all the way from Manchester, I shared my number with him to keep.me updated, surprisingly he got the viewing 🤣🤣. Well done on that. Bring back Joanna. The new person who has taken over is like a little puppy begging for attention. We were contacted 7 times to confirm our inspection over a 2 month period. we never had this with Joanna. After our inspection we received 4 phone calls about a minor issue that isn't even to do with out flat, but the building management. Also raised our rent despite last year the landlord saying they didn't need to do this as they value us as tenants and that they're very happy with the way we look after their property. They are aware that we are on one income at the moment but still raised our rent when we are struggling.
