We are really pleased with our experience with Billy Thomas (Martyn Gerrard, Southgate branch). As first-time buyers (and coming from a different country) buying a house in London seemed very overwhelming. But Billy has made everything extremely easy! We made an offer for a flat at the end on January and not much more that a month later we have exchanged contracts with the seller. Throughout all the buying process he has been very professional, patient and responsive, and has made everything run smoothly. He also recommended us a very good solicitor (Paul Yiannakas, YVA solicitors) and mortgage advisor (Emily Jackson, Mortgage Advice Bureau). They have been a great, coordinated, and efficient team. Superb customer service - First time buyer recommended

Found us our dream family home!

Joe first showed me around a property which I knew I didn't like from the moment I arrived. He asked me why and what I was looking for exactly - I am often asked this and the usual answer is "you won't find it". Joe however immediately knew what to show me and told me that he had the perfect property for me, we booked the viewing for that weekend so that my husband could see it. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the viewing but my husband took a video and the second I saw it I knew it was our future home! Joe took what I said on board and was able to pair me with the perfect property. We now can't wait to move in! Thank you to the whole team at Martyn Gerrard.

Joe was a great agent who helped us find our perfect home. He actually proactively sought us out when he saw we were selling and alerted us to a house we didn't think we'd be able to buy. Along the way, Joe helped us promptly with all our enquiries and even went round the house with a tape measure measuring up cupboard spaces. I've just completed on a property through Martyn Gerrard. I liaised with Ross White and Lukas Macris. I'd like to thank them both very much for their close involvement during the whole process. They kept me very much up to date each step of the way, happily answered all of my queries and made the whole process practically pain free for me. Throughout the process, my calls were always returned and responses to my queries were very promptly answered after speaking with the seller/seller's solicitor. Ross was very aware that the seller and I wanted to complete before Christmas and so he ensured each party, including the solicitors, were doing the necessary to meet this deadline - I could not be more grateful for this!
