GoogleDavid is the reason that I stayed with the same estate agents, he is professional, committed and 100% dedicated.Throughout my journey his constant communication kept me up to date and stress free. No question was too much for him to answer, and believe me I threw quite a few his way!
Thanks Jodie, I cant believe move day is finally here. I hope it all goes well today. Wishing you many happy years in your new home.

GoogleI had viewed many properties before finding my perfect flat with Shore. David is the friendliest and most informative estate agent I have come across and instantly made me feel at ease. He was able to answer all my questions and kept me updated regularly throughout the buying process. I was unable to collect the keys on completion day so he dropped them to my current address for me. 5 star service! I have no reservations about recommending David. Thank you so much.

GoogleI completed on a relatively complex sale due to a short lease through David recently. Throughout the process he has keep me continuously informed, and chased both solicitors to push things through as quickly as possible. He has been nothing short of fantastic. Prior to this sale my experience of estate agents has been mediocre at best, and have always questioned the fee you have to pay them, whilst with David, he is worth every penny and more. Having someone hold everything together is invaluable, other internet based agents cannot competed with David’s level of customer service and commitment to being available at all times from day one, to completion. Very happy seller. Thanks David.

GoogleWe can highly recommend David Warren of shore sales and lettings. We can honestly say that David was fantastic from start to finish on the sale of our property. He set up and attended every viewing which we found very help full and proved to be a skilled negotiator. We have been kept informed on every step of the way and his recommendations have all proved to be as professional as himself. If you are thinking of selling do not hesitate to use David of shore sales and letting. Thank you very much

GoogleHaving been searching for a new rental apartment for our Ukranian guests for some time, we were absolutely delighted when Ellie reached out to us with an offer for our guests to view a property. Shore Sales and Lettings worked hard to secure the confidence of the Landlord and that if our nervous Tenants. Well done for going above and beyond Ellie and David

GoogleEstate Agents often get a bad rep. And in my experience this is often deserved. Not in this case however. From start to finish they have been an absolute joy to deal with. Particular credit must go to Ellie South. She may be too young to remember the 90's but she was professional, friendly and more importantly not a lying con merchant more interested in money than service. All of my questions were answered and if she didn't know the answer said that she would find out. Sadly, the purchase was not to be but this is not down to the fabulous Ellie who did at least the change my opinion on Estate Agents. She is a credit not just to you bit to your profession.

GoogleFirst class professional service from start to finish and at every stage in between. Sold property in less than 48 hours and David was very diligent and thorough and courteous throughout the whole process. Communication and people skills second to none and his personal touch on everything made such a big difference. Can't speak more highly about David or his business. I am a VERY happy customer !!!

GoogleWould highly recommend Shore Sales and Lettings. David worked tirelessly and went above and beyond for my recent purchase. It was very trying times as the process took 9 months to complete due to various issues (none of which were issues caused by David). Even throughout this he made sure he kept in contact with me and chased the people involved. When selling in the future this will definitely be my first point of call. Thank you
Hi Nick, Thank you so much for the kind words. We got there in the end!! Enjoy the renovation and I hope all goes to plan. Kind regards, David Warren (Director - Shore Sales & Lettings)

GoogleI originally placed my property with a large local estate agent who secured one viewing in two months. Within a week of appointing David, he had secured four viewings which gave me the luxury of selecting the tenants I wanted. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending David and his team who delivered outstanding service and a superb result.

GoogleI have just sold my late mother's bungalow through David. He provided a very efficient, friendly and helpful service from beginning to completion. He took the worry of showing people around at a very emotional time. Kept me up to date at all times. I would recommend David as you get a personal service throughout. Thanks again. Marian Langbridge
