I sold my property with David in April, it was a difficult sale and we lost many buyers due to the problems with the mortgage rates but David and his team never gave up! He was professional, caring and helpful throughout the journey even when I wanted to give up. I cannot recommend Shore Sales and Lettings enough and David Warren was amazing. We had been looking for a property for over a year and had to pull out of our first place due to survey issues. We sold our flat with Shore and David was friendly, professional and made the whole process as easy as possible. There were delays at the upper end of the chain which caused stress levels to rise, but David was always on hand with any help and advice he could give. Even though we ended up losing our buyer due to delays at the top, we managed to sell again in no time for the same price and kept the rest of the chain intact. David was very proactive with trying to get the sale and purchase over the line before the stamp duty holiday ended, and we are now settling into a perfect house! From first contact David was exceptional at ensuring the details were up on Rightmove promptly with some excellent photos. We were kept up to date daily on hits when first live and then when we had viewings David was quick to gather feedback and keep us informed on progress.
