Sue is utterly awesome though.

Pace has been managing my first property for a few months now and I have been happy with their service ever since. Their emails are prompt when there is an issue with the property. They are always respectful and nice. They always consult with me when there is a problem with the property. As I am a new landlord, I find Pace very helpful as they give me additional tips and advice with regards to my property. The manager even goes out of his way to help me. I highly recommend Pace to anyone looking to be a landlord.

Pace's service is good. They were able to get me a tenant really quickly so top marks for that. I gave them a 3 because I think the communication can be improved. I had information requests before which took time. But I understand that they manage hundreds of properties so this may be due to lack of staff. Overall I am happy with their service so far. I haven't been with Pace for a long time so the relationship is still young. We will have to see in future how they perform now that they have started managing my first property.
