Highly recommend Hunt Roche. Selling your property can be incredibly stressful however, they were very supportive throughout the sale and even helped me with queries I had on the next purchase. They saved me £1500 on a Structural engineers survey as when I called in with a query to the structure of the property we were buying, they called an architect and asked him to look at the pictures of the property and give his feedback without any expense to us. Cannot recommend them enough, after dealing with many other agents when viewing other properties, the service you get at Hunt Roche is much more professional than anything I experienced with other agents.

Rob has provided an excellent service from the start to now. He provided a valuation on our house in December and then when we decided to proceed with the sale this April he provided an updated valuation and gave friendly advice, took photos of our home and quickly had our property listed on-line. The next day we received a number of viewings which were arranged in a friendly and relaxed manner. In less than a week we already had a number of offers which were communicated quickly and clearly, enabling us to make a decision on how to proceed. I was the purchaser of a property from a previous reviewer - Martin Browne. It's not often readers see both sides of an agents service but here goes. The team lead by Rob are friendly, approachable, courteous and above all professional. Yes there were legal issues with the purchase (aren't there always) but great communication and the teams experience prevailed. I'm sure most people have a story regarding a bad experience with an Estate Agent which seemed to hinder rather than help a sale completing. Even such phrases as "couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery" and the classic "about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike" come to mind! However, please do not hesitate to contact Rob & co at Hunt Roche Belfairs. Have a chat or even better visit the office to meet them - you might be pleasantly surprised. Would thoroughly recommend them.

It's considered good practice and courteous to get back to clients who go out of their way to view and make an offer on a property but unfortunately this Estate Agency doesn't follow this practice. I viewed a property and made an above asking price offer listed by this Estate Agent and then waited to no avail for a response. I then found the property sold on Rightmove and had to chase the agents myself for an update that it had been sold! I've been buying and selling property for many years and i have never not had a response to an offer before. Wouldn't recommend using this Estate Agent at all!
