I can't thank all the team at Hunt Roche enough for all their support and help when we sold my mums house with them. The team work promptly and proficiently..and explain every step along the way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling a property. The whole team in the Leigh-on-sea office deserve medals for how they handled all points of our sale..especially Ben and Jo..and much as I am glad it is all done now..I am almost sad because talking with them was always a pleasure. 5 stars well deserved!!!

Totally excellent experience. Lee dealt with the sale, was very understanding as a probate sale, he kept us all informed on viewings to the point of sale. Once sale initiated Ben took over. We recently completed and moved, and used Hunt Roche (Belfairs branch) to sell our house. Jo and her team were absolutely superb from start to finish. A particular mention has to go to Ben, who worked on our sale and went out of his way to help us through every part of the process. He spent hours on the phone with us when we were asking for updates, or just general reassurance, and never once rushed us away making us feel like we were time wasting. We felt that Jo and the team always looked after us, but more importantly were honest with us, which was very reassuring in a stressful situation, and in an industry that has pretty bad press. They were always contactable, and always promptly returned calls, emails or Whatsapps. We don’t intend to move again, but if we did, we know who we’d list with! Although Hunt Roche was our vendor’s purchasing agent’s, Ben Farrow was excellent at helping our process and the technical difficulties we had. Regular contact, phone calls and emails-he even liaised with our solicitor aswell. I would recommend these agents in a heart beat. Even though not a direct customer would be happy that if I did use them they would have my best interest at heart weather a buyer or a seller. Once again thank you to Ben and his team Attention to detail was second to none aswell.

Recently moved house, and I could not recommend Hunt Roche more. Having sold our house with them, and also bought our new home with them, the process was made as stress free as possible. Jo, from the Belfairs office sold ours, getting us the best price possible, working seamlessly with the Shoeburyness office to also get us the best price moving forwards. Move day, we exchanged and completed on the same day, never ideal. However, Jo and her colleagues worked so tirelessly with solicitors, buyers and sellers to get the move over the line as smoothly as possible.
