They have kept us up to date and have been prompt to provide feedback from viewings. We also attended a viewing for another house with Paul and found him knowledgeable and approachable. FacebookThey don’t address issues raised on the property the handle letting for when the property has damp, bad heating and lack of hot water. Only interested in getting rent for their clients
Hi Alison, having spoken to our lettings department I understand they have tried to address your daughter's issues over the last few months, including trying to replace meters to improve the quality of the heating, site visits by our property managers, contractors and the landlord. Your daughter was made aware before she moved in of what needed to be done and was given the option of delaying moving in until after everything was in place, an option which she declined. She has now stated her desire to leave the property whilst still under contract, so we have therefore immediately begun remarketing and have received enquiries from interested applicants, however we have not been able to arrange a time that suits your daughter to carry out viewings which, as I'm sure you understand, are imperitive for us to be able to resolve the situation and allow your daughter to vacate as soon as possible. We will therefore continue to to attempt to get these viewings booked. We are also still in contact with the landlord to rectify these issues.

They took the stress out of selling for me and really earned their fee. I am selling my own house and wish I could find such a team near me but I think that is impossible.

FacebookAbsolutely useless company. Happy to take and charge fees but hopeless when you need something from them. Our buyers solicitor required a management pack from them and they charged us £270. Disgusting.
