GoogleThis estate agent exceeded my expectations! I have moved house a few times since living in Southend and I can honestly say that Chiddicks Homes have been, by a country mile, the best agent I've come across. I mostly dealt with Michael Hoy and I must say what a genuinely nice bloke I found him to be, as was Luke Chiddicks on the occasion that I met him. As well as being completely up front about the fee, Mike was so helpful and willing to give lots advice about all sorts of things. I honestly felt like I was the most important customer they had. Nothing was too much trouble and the support was there through the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Chiddicks, I never thought I would hear myself saying such positive things about an estate agent!

FacebookMike from Chiddicks Homes was fantastic. We were buying a property they marketed and had problems along the chain with useless solicitors, agents and freeholders. Mike went above and beyond to do what they should have done and got us all completed and moved. I can safely save if it wasn't for Mike's actions the chain would have collapsed. I would 100% recommend them and can't thank Mike enough for what he done. Best agents around!

GoogleChiddicks we’re actually my buyers agent. Our chain of 5 stalled for various reasons ranging from inept online agents and solicitors, a change of buyer which nobody told us about, to a lease extension all at the bottom two rungs. At the point of complete stagnation, Michael Hoy stepped in, kicked everyone into gear, told them what they needed to do and how - and got the whole process moving to exchange and completion. His approach is unique, extremely professional, he is clearly very experienced and therefore confident in his role. I have absolutely no doubt that the sale wouldn’t have gone through without him. The chain would have simply fallen apart. I have dealt with quite a few agents over the years. Many disappoint but my experience with Chiddicks, and Mike in particular, was simply first class. He ended up being the lynch pin for the whole chain - and only being paid a fee by one client!. Quite remarkable. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services without the slightest hesitation!.

GoogleChiddicks are good. Very good! They saved me from going insane during the torture that is called house selling. Our buyer was a complete pain in the arse with a ridiculous sense of self importance and an glacial view of timescale and communication. How do you deal with these people? You let Michael and Luke from Chiddicks do it for you! Britain, you need to rise up and revolt against this antiquated and arcane system...or let the boys from Chiddicks help.

GoogleI have been dealing with Luke Chiddick for a room, own bathroom and shared kitchen for my grandson. From the moment I contacted Chiddicks, the whole experience has been amazing. From finding him a room, to excellent communication, all information explained thoroughly. Friendly, professional and reassuring. We have been walked through the process without any concerns. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I saw that they also support the community with an array of the community 'works' in their Windows. I was impressed. Their office is bright well set out and very welcoming. Chiddicks offer a whole range of buying, letting and sales etc with staff ready to delivery for your needs.
