Michael and the whole team were great from start to finish. Michael was very professional and not pushy like other agents. He took beautiful photos of our house and it was marketed perfectly. Sold on first day! Michael kept us informed during the whole process as well as our buyers. Phoning our solicitors and our sellers agent for progress updates. The property was our family home of over 50 years and after the passing of our mother and the the fact that we all no longer lived close, we needed someone to look after the sale from start to finish and cater for our needs. Mike at Chiddicks Homes more than achieved this. Mike took care of all our needs and from the very beginning. He was and is professional, honest and compassionate. From our initial valuation through to completion, Mike made himself available for communication whenever needed including days off. I also found out that Mike returned to the property on numerous occasions with the purchaser to satisfy their needs and make sure the sale ran smoothly. as a last request I ask for him to returning to the property for me to do final meter readings after the property had completed, as I was unable to attend, this also was done with question. 1st class.

I just randomly stepped into their store in south church in southend as I was looking to move out of my mums and dads. And from the moment I stepped in I felt welcome and at ease. I had previous seen the flat up on the market a couple of months beforehand but I didn't realise it was this estate agency. We agreed a time and date to do a viewing, Elizabeth showed me around and I was impressed. I had a couple of questions and once she had gotten back and had time to speak to her manager I got a email less than a couple of hours later with the information I needed. Every question I had asked them always had a answer and was also a helpful answer.

I will in the future....,let me tell you my story ........,,There was a long long chain involved in buying my new home- who I bought from chiddick homes - and without Micheal it would have all fallen through. I had literally no help from the estate agents I was selling my old house through, but yet, I could contact Micheal at any time even though I wasn’t technically paying him, and thank goodness I could- because it nearly fell through several times. Micheal explained everything to me and listened to my panicked phone calls more than once. I was in touch with my buyer and in turn could explain to him what Micheal was telling me, and keep him on board, while there was loads of delays up the chain right up to the last hour......... Without the support and help from chiddick homes I really don’t know what we’d have done and we would not be in our beautiful new home without them.
