GoogleJust placed a holding for a property through this agency and we are signing paperwork tomorrow. The estate agent (Amy) was so lovely and helpful. She took us to multiple properties and explained a lot of the terms to us as first time renters. So far so good !:)

However, they did not stop there. They diligently ensured the sale progressed through the conveyancing process with the respective solicitors. GoogleI have a student let in SO17 that Kings have managed for 5 years now. Compared to trying to do it myself, they have been so much better - they find tenants, collect and pass on rent and deal with all those plumbing/electric queries etc. without fuss and at reasonable cost, I have been most impressed by their service. I had tried other agents, and by comparison, Kings beat them comfortably. They have also been very helpful and informative about the HMO side of things and enabling me the keep in line with the regulations.

GoogleOnly exchanged few emails, unprofessional emails with one of their agents when enquiring about rental property. Made me feel very belittled, almost like single professional woman cannot afford to pay her rent. Very poor!!!! Will definitely avoid!

Having checked the email correspondence, the staff member had asked a few qualifying questions which is as expected when enquiring for a property. Guarantors can sometimes be required dependent on a prospective tenants position, not just for students as you suggested in your email. This is why you were asked if you were able to provide a guarantor if required. If you do still wish to view the property, please do get in contact with us. GoogleThey ask for ID for a 0% alcohol drink!Not to mention I'm 24 yrs of age but it's really nonsense if it is actually no alcohol in it what the hell is that about? Make you question their product as well as the shop itself
