GoogleHome hub in general offer a good service however there has been one issue that concerns me. After repeated attempts to try an get a rodent removed they have failed in doing so. I have been told that there is no entry point for the rat to get in but clearly this is not the case, as it still has entry to property. apparently there is no evidence of a rat being present but I have seen it on dozens of occasions and as I'm scared of them haven't been able to obtain evidence. I find it hard to believe the people that have been sent in have done a competent job otherwise the problem would have been rectified.

Having had some experience renting different apartments/houses in different areas (due to my rotations in different hospitals) and dealing with various letting agents, I am truly happy and pleased with the service and hospitality of Home-Hub.
Communication at the start was easy, very prompt and clear. Paperwork and logistics was straightforward. The Home-Hub agents have been very pleasant and helpful. And of-course, the property I rented has been a great place to live in for an amazingly descent price.

Poor response to tenant issues. Freezing cold house was difficult to live in and home hub were unprofessional and unsympathetic about the situation. They were rude and threaten you with a bad onward reference when you make requests for repairs and maintenance. They are unwilling to sort out issues in a timely manner and resort to blaming tenants when issues persist
