Currently renting a house through Connells. I am truly disappointed! They keep promising us that the constructor will come ‘today’ to fix reported issues but no one ever shows up and it’s been 5 weeks! No apologies either!

Twice in one year 2 separate agents have failed to show up an inspection they arranged. Took money for an extension of the rental contract, but didn't tell us landlord hadn't agreed until 4 months later. Utterly incompetent and no communication.

Absolutely rubbish, I put an offer in on a house and they declined it because I couldn't view it on a certain day that suited them!Oh well there's plenty of estate agents, these are not one of use. Utterly unprofessional

GoogleTook most of my deposit for minor marks on walls and cleaning, rats in the loft wrecked loads of our belongings even tho we reported it Nothing was done. Our landlord didn't care and Connell refuse to get involved

GoogleI cannot praise Connells enough for the service they have provided to make the process of selling the flat so easy. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property . 5 stars all round

Extremely Disappointed as landlord.Worst service ever. Lack of Communication which in some cases cost to landlords. Being the first time landlord they don't think even once to cheat you by making false promises. I would never recommend anyone to Connells.

Don't deserve any stars. Treat tenants as rubbish. No hot water for 2 months for tenant. No parking permits. Slow to respond to any fault, don't bother visiting tenants. No local tradesman support. Keep changing contacts

utterly rubbish. charged £600 in total for the service and didn't bother to do the important task of submitting my mortgage application. Ignored requests from solicitors and the advisor still hasn't even acknowledged he failed to do his job.

Attempting to keep tenancy deposit despite multiple requests to reimburse.Attempted to charge admin fees to continue out tenancy when we moved to a 6 month rolling contract
