We are sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with Charters. We can see that no issues were raised with Charters throughout your tenancy but appreciate that having to leave at a time not of your choosing would have been difficult. We do however have to follow our landlords instructions and we can see that the team tried to assist you. We do hope that you will be happy in your new property.
