I have been using the Bitterne branch of Beals for letting our properties for some years now and remain thoroughly satisfied with their service. They are pro-active in the marketing and keep me updated on prospective tenants after the viewings. So far the quality of tenants supplied has been of a high standard. I have recommended this office to other landlords I know.

I will start by saying how excellent Beals in shirley Southampton have been through out the sell of our home.you can see the professionalism stems from the manager right through to all the members of staff. Very helpful throughout the sell, even when things were not going according to script. The best thing I found was the communication. 5 star estate agency

Total shambles.............. we rent our property out through them and they didn't pay us the rent one month? When i contacted them we were informed that we had no contract with them............ erm, the tenant had been in there over a year, had paid the rent, beales just couldn't put two and two together. Total shambles of a company, avoid at all costs!

Through a very difficult time Ben and Lucy dealt with me as they were both furloughed at various times. The house was left in an appalling condition by the previous tenant but with their help it was quickly turned around ready to let again. They appreciate time is money. Looking forward to a good tenancy this time.
