We thought Beal's was an average estate agents until we met some of the others, and now we think they're pretty good by comparison. We have developed a personal relationship with Olly, who keeps us informed as to what's going on. We had a few minor hiccups at the beginning, but we have been relieved to find that they are honest people, which, after the packs of lies we have been told by others, makes them something pretty special.

At first all seemed good and a little different to other agents in the area. Once the deal had been done and some small minor problems arrived the communication stopped. The little problems got bigger and could of been solved easily in the first place but ignoring phone calls and emails doesn’t solve anything. My advice is to get the problems sorted first before signing anything as once the monies have been exchanged then the customer service goes quiet.

I wanted to share the poor customer service and experience myself and my partner received from Beals estate agents. Once they got our deposit , the didn’t bother to call and chase a move In date for us. We had to keep calling and to which one of the advisors stated.... “you do not have to keep calling!” He was very rude and we had to keep calling to get any kind of update from them. After 3 weeks of calling and visiting the branch in Southampton, going out of our own way, we got a move in date on the Monday to which they cancelled on the Wednesday. They then had the cheek to make us wait for our own money back delaying us from looking for another property. I would never ever consider this company again and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

All information was provided, she was telling us different options suitable for us and was really helpful and also seemed so happy and joyful. We had a very nice experience with Beals and our agent Natalia Siron. The process was handled very efficiently and Natalia did such a thorough job, even though she inherited the deal halfway through as the original agent moved to the Bitterne branch.We were very pleased with the property and the whole leasing process arranged by Beals and Natalia. Since returning from being furloughed during lockdown, Ben has done a great job of marketing our property. In tough market conditions he has been tenacious in following up leads and this has resulted in several offers, although many with complications that needed to be worked through. Throughout, Ben has kept us updated and has talked through the complexities at every stage enabling us to make informed decisions and a sale which is now proceeding to contract.

Trustpilot.....CRIMINALS....
This outfit operate on high streets mainly south of the country , They are also Brokers and will take every last penny you have as well as providing you with false/part information regarding insurance policies which they will tie you into for 5 years at a rate of double price at least for a standard package, You wont receive the information for this as they choose not to tell you, I personally was asked to falsify information from my wage slips to show that i was earning more than i actually was in order for my mortgage to go through... But BEWARE later down the line you step out of there boundaries the court letters phone calls and threats start,,,,,, DONT DO IT .... LICENSED CRIMINALS....

Beals have managed my property for a few years. I am now dealing with Phoebe Hilton and she alone is responsible for me awarding 5 stars. She is currently providing an exceptional service through an eviction process. Good to know that someone is there for me when it is really necessary. Historically service from Beals has not always been great but Phoebe has completely turned that around and yes, i would use them again as a result.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
