GoogleThank you to the whole team at Inside Homes! From the point of booking the viewing to moving in everyone was professional and incredibly helpful. Me and my partner were having an incredibly difficult time finding a home and were constantly being let down by agents but Inside Homes gave us a breathe of fresh air with their service. We are so grateful and hope to be with them in our home for a long time!

GoogleI have viewed a few houses with Inside homes and it's so refreshing to deal with them. The people on the phone are polite and helpful and it's everything is 100 percent transparent. I haven't felt pressured into going ahead with a purchase or for more information. It makes a big change compared to other agents in the area. When I do find the right house id feel most comfortable If it was with Inside homes.

GoogleWe’ve just bought our new home through Inside Homes and we honestly can’t compliment them enough. They were professional, great communicators, friendly, attentive, understanding and patient. They had a great local knowledge of the local area where we now live and of the property we purchased through them. They’re just a great family run business who got it absolutely right for us. We’d not hesitate to recommend this excellent firm in an instant.

GoogleMy experience with Inside Homes has been really horrible. I was told that i can occupy the rented property by Jan 1st. However when i tried reaching them on Dec 27th, I got to know that their office is closed until 2nd of Jan and i will be getting my rented property only by 3rd of Jan. I tried reaching them over phone, email, no response. They didn't even apologize for the delay which caused me an additional 120 pounds.

In this case, due to the Christmas break, there was a delay in your reference getting back to us. Unfortunately these factors are outside of our control. GoogleReally great small estate agents. Someone always picks up the phone when you call, and if the person who you normally deal with isn’t around they will always call back or leave a message. I was hardly the easiest client to deal with but they were great through every step of the process.

GoogleMy experience with Inside homes was nothing less than effortless. Being completely useless when it comes to paper work and selling houses, all the members of staff right from the initial evaluation where extremely helpful and most of all very knowledgeable with the local area.

GoogleInside homes were excellent in both selling and helping with the purchase of my new house. Meeting Dorne I instantly felt comfortable with her knowledge and professionalism. Throughout the process I never had to chase them once, Mica ensured both the sale and purchase happened, going above and beyond making it so less stressful. I would highly recommend Inside Homes.

GoogleInside Homes boast a strong team, both front of house with Dorne and Frankie, and in the engine room with Mica. This is my 2nd time with them, first time stalled, predominantly due to lockdown. I had little hesitation in engaging them again more recently. My house sold in days, and any hiccups in the process in the chain were ironed out by the IH team. Impressive performance.

GoogleIf you want a clean house to move into then do not use inside homes! Not only was the house dirty, they have awful customer servicing taking over 2 weeks to fix it with no compensation! They also like to ignore your calls and emails, very immature
Hi Anna, thanks for your review on Google. I believe all the issues from your move in were sorted within a week. We are pleased that you had the opportunity to express your disappointment by writing this review. We are also glad to have to opportunity a public reply. As you moved in to a shared house, that your housemates were already occupying some of the shared areas, it is very difficult to ensure that they had cleaned these for your arrival. Once it was apparent that they had not cleaned before you arrived, we apologised on the phone, in writing and when we visited you at the property within 24 hours. We also arranged professional cleaners and a professional oven cleaning at very short notice. I have checked and can also confirm that each of your 27 phone calls were answered by a member of staff, with the exception of the 3 of the 4 calls that were made after 6.45pm. Your experience is in contrast to the vast majority of tenants who move into properties managed by Inside Homes. We take our duty of care to tenants extremely seriously and will always try to make things right. In this case, we believe there was a mismatch of reasonable expectations.

GoogleVery efficient process, kept me informed every step of the way without me having to chase. Also recommended some a very good solicitor and tradesmen. Made it very easy for a first time buyer with little knowledge on the process.
