We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Inside Homes. Buying a house can be stressful at the best of times, but when our solicitors unexpectedly went bust it could have been a complete nightmare. Mica was absolutely incredible throughout it all. She checked in with us every couple of days, kept us updated, and made sure we never felt left in the dark. Her communication was amazing and she was so supportive during a really stressful time. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping us get through it, not just doing her job. We’re so grateful for all the help and reassurance she gave us. Thank you so much to Mica and the team at Inside Homes, we’d highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Inside Homes highly enough. From start to finish, Justin was absolutely fantastic, very professional, extremely friendly, and genuinely helpful. He always went out of his way to make sure everything was explained clearly and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He treated me more like a friend than just a client. Justin was always available, whether by phone, WhatsApp, or calls, any time, any day, and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process. He provided all the information I needed, helped me with anything that needed doing, and made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. The whole team at Inside Homes are equally friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their premises are lovely, and you immediately feel comfortable and well looked after. Inside Properties (Justin and Darren) supported me with viewing some properties for sale under their agency. Whilst I didn't buy a property via this estate agents I wanted to share how helpful, honest and reassuring both Justin and Darren were. Despite not putting in any offers on the properties shown (simply because they weren't right for what I needed) Justin and Darren shared recommendations of a mortgage broker, builders, contractors etc. They both were just so open to wanting to help me as a first time buyer and at no point put any pressure on me to buy/ settle on a property being shown by then. They both provided such great experiences.

Justin and the team did a fantastic job listing my cottage. They were upfront in their pricing, with no hidden extras unlike other agencies I got quotes from. Right from the beginning, when listing our property with them they knew the market Justin Took the time to understand the area and our wants and needs. Justin‘s knowledge of the market and his friendly persona made the process easy and stress free. He was always available, responded to messages and kept us updated all the way to the end. He gave great advice provided a sounding board and didn’t waste our time with viewings that wouldn’t lead to offers.
