GoogleI rented a studio flat from Galaxy real estate. The tenants living just above are very noisy and disturbing. I made complaint about this and galaxy representative visited the property . but they didn't give any solutions and we are still suffering because of the noisy tenants. galaxy is supporting them and not even responding to my emails.

Shady business practises, dishonest about have sent/received emails and messages. Avoid confirming receipt of messages/emails to delay communication processes. The support staff attempted to lie about the contents of tenancy agreement.
