Firstly, I can see that on our data base, you are not a customer or applicant at Galaxy Real Estate which means you have never experienced any services from us so for you to comment on our business conduct may need some elaboration. Secondly, as mentioned to you before, following GDPR you will need to contact your own legal team. The Company Director ensured you would be provided with an update so whether it be 12am or 12pm, you were provided with that update which goes to show how we are dedicated and care about any one that steps through our office doors. I would also like to remind you that we are a Real Estate, not the Parking Agency so we are more than happy to pass on your complaint to the correct people as it is not relevant to us :) I do hope your situation gets resolved as soon as possible.
