Not very helpful, too many ifs and buts. We definitely wanted to buy a house but failed. Their Regional office doesn't answer letters! Eventually we bought an even better house from Harron Homes on the adjoining development, which turns out to be much better than what we tried to buy from Taylor Wimpey.
