GoogleWould never recommend. No communication even after viewing only way I got feed back was when I rang to ask how come they not contacting me.. in three months had 2calls and both were to follow up on my complaints. If you do go with them shop around for solicitors, I saved £300 on price that they offered me. Big saving that, Personally I would never use again, house been sold a week and still waiting for some of my money . Bad bad bad.

GoogleI have recently gone through the process of renting a property through the Pattinson's South Shields Branch and found the staff here very helpful. Gaynor did a great job of providing me with options to view and once I made a decision, helped to keep me updated with the whole lettings process. The help went a long way to remove some stress from the process of making the move from the South East to the North East.
