If I could have given 6 stars I would have! Exceptional service, very thorough and patient with me as I was very nervous with the selling process. The valuer Keith came out and put me at ease instantly. He was so kind and really explained everything I needed to know. Pattison were so accommodating with my valuation as I needed very specific times and dates due to my work. I have recommended Pattinson to everyone I’ve spoken to and would 1000% continue to use them again in the future!

Honestly Rachel is amazing from the South Shields Branch, she has kept me updated on my home so efficiently. I pick my keys up from her in a week and can’t wait for the experience as she is just as excited as me! She has made buying my first home a seamless and lovely journey and I can’t say thank you enough.

Fabulous service, lovely office and even better staff! I viewed a lot of properties on the hunt for my perfect home and because of Pattison’s patience and perseverance they were able to secure my forever home. All of my viewings were conveniently organised and I did not feel rushed or pushed into making offers like I have with other agents. I will further recommend to others looking to buy or sell .

Avoid red flags from the beginning as Seller from London. Dealt with someone rude called Keith who was just unhelpful, patronising and asking unnecessary questions. First naively asked which estate agents send reports or email communications for valuations. Then asked how many valuations I’ve booked to which the standard is 3-5, he laughed replying back it’s not Kensington. Unprofessional service for serious clients who are seeking expert advice

Being a first time buyer it has to be said. it isn't a straight forward process and as many know will come across many hurdles and countless stress. That being said, buying a property from Pattinson's was great, and in the simplest of things, this is what was great. **The communication.** Rachel from South Shields branch kept myself informed of all stages, the next steps needed, and continued to help chase things up from the seller, when needing that final push. Via email, or via on on the phone. If there's one thing lacking in the buying process is communication. And Rachel helped keep things informed as when they happened. Was also great to finally put a face to the voice and emails on completion day to pick up my keys. Thanks again, and looking forward to working with you's again in a few years. James BSc

Enquired about a property over 2 weeks ago and haven’t even had an acknowledgment back. If you’re planning on selling, don’t bother with these they can’t even be bothered to call potential buyers up. Will avoid and advise all others to aswell.

BEWARE of this agency and the landlord at Sea Winnings Way. They will make bogus claims for damage that hasnt been done by you, and ask for deep cleaning of the carpet -that hasnt been deep cleaned in years but had no further damage done by yourself. the agency makes no effort to remedy any issues you are having as a tenant and they are totally careless and not invested in their job. Not only will they hand in a filthy apartment on your move in day, they also didnt have right keys for the property, leaving me for days without access to the bin store and me having to have to go to the neighbours to ask for their spare key, then they've tried to charge me for when I've asked for main door keys, they took weeks to fix leaking tap and that was fixed incorrectly as the landlord is always using the cheapest option and probably not even licensed plumbers. And I could go on. HORRIBLE AGENCY and this branch in particular.
