GoogleWe dealt with David to get the house on the market (at the right price) and accepted an offer within a month. Louise then kept in touch with progress and was a great help in dealing with the all the issues you get along the way. We completed today and would recommend Chancellors to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell.

Our house purchase eventually fell through despite all Louise's help but she was able to make the process as smooth as possible. GoogleShocking level of service, we’ve had great difficulty on multiple occasions contacting any one from the office, no body can be bothered to call us back or reply to an email, today we had an appointment however the agent turned up nearly 2hrs late, she couldn’t even be bothered to give a call despite having our details. Very very disappointed

GoogleWe have recently bought a property through Chancellors Wallingford and have dealt with Richard Sharman who has been exceptional throughout the process. Sorting out every detail between us and the vendor. Nothing has be to much trouble arranging numerous visits to the property with various family and trades people. I would not hesitate to recommend Chancellors in Wallingford.

GoogleNot very happy as we had a valuation done over 3 weeks ago and was told by the lady that came to value the property she would email me the valuation, even after phoning to say I hadn't received it over a week ago I still have not received anything.....very annoyed.

GoogleProperty transactions are rarely straightforward. Kestrel was on top of things at every step in the process chasing solicitors and overcoming each obstacle as it arose. She would always pick up the phone and was extremely helpful and effective throughout.

GoogleI can honestly say that my wife and I wouldn't have been able to move into our new house without the efforts of the Chancellors team in Wallingford - Louise, Richard and Neil - and also Michael in their 'back-office' team. Not only did they work really hard to find a buyer for us, they helped overcome a number of obstacles that arose with both our sale and purchase. They always had our interests at heart and worked hard for us. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleThe process of buying your first home is never easy and is certainly stressful, but thankfully we had a brilliant estate agent who ensured that the process was as pain free as possible - Louise Taplin. We still had our fair share of difficulties along the way (caused by solicitors), but Louise ensured that she kept us updated of every development that took place, and often went out of her way to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. This included putting up with my 20 phone calls per day, which Louise dealt with both quickly and professionally. Overall, I have been very happy with the service that I received from Chancellors (Louise in particular), and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I immediately felt at ease with David from the moment he walked into my house and was impressed with his marketing strategy and attention to detail. Having had to re-market my house after a succession of failed sales, within the first 2 weeks I'd had three offers, two asking price and one over. I have now exchanged and looking forward to moving and am extremely grateful for the support and customer care I received from the team and I can't thank them enough.

GoogleDavid and Alan have provided an excellent experience when selling our house. From the first meeting with David when he gave me useful pointers to show the house off to its best, to the feedback we received after every viewing, followed by the easy communication once we had found a buyer, David and Alan both did their utmost to ensure we were clearly informed and knew exactly what was going on with our sale, and even supported with communication between our solicitors. We were previously on the market with a competitor for a number of months, but I wish we had chosen Chancellors from the outset. I would definitely endorse Chancellors as the best Agent in Wallingford, and am consistently impressed by their professionalism.
