We have worked with Emma and Raphael from Houseman for 8 years and in that time we have found them extremely responsive, acting responsibly on behalf of the tenants and the landlords be it moving in, moving out or issues that occur during the tenancy. They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up. Trust is a word that sometimes gets forgotten in this area, but not here.

From the moment we reported the issue, he took charge, ensuring that everything was handled as quickly and smoothly as possible. He coordinated electricians, carpet installers, and other professionals to get our home back to normal in record time. He even arranged for the removal of a damaged sofa after two years (the landlady previously refused to remove it). Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent.
