GoogleWe have recently had the pleasure of liaising with Michael and his team regarding a beautiful property that we fell in love with, but unfortunately were unsuccessful in securing. Nevertheless, Michael dealt with all our enquiries with patience and really took the time to understand our situation and steer us along the right path. Even when delivering the news we really didn't want to hear, he was very supportive and clearly empathised with our position. So a big thank you for always being at the end of the phone and taking the time. Thank you to the team of ladies who were endlessly helpful too. Hopefully we will be in touch again in the future!

FacebookHighly recommend Michael Adey and the lovely ladies that work with Micheal when we recently used the estate agent for selling our property and he was working on the house we also bought. I love the personal touch and that it’s a local firm. Micheal knows the local property market inside out and prices property to sell. I felt he gave us realistic expectations. Also that they had great relationships with local solicitors to ensure smooth communication between buyers and, sellers etc. The promotional material is also first class I wouldn’t hesitate to use Micheal again. Not only did they accommodate our requests to visit the property on several occasions, but also provided expert local knowledge, even to the point of recommending trustworthy local tradespeople. Although estate agents ultimately act on behalf of the sellers, Michael and team addressed our questions and concerns as honest brokers, supporting us throughout the process. We're very happy in our new property and very happy with the service we received by Michael Adey Property.

Michael Adey and his team got it sold for us. Gave a realistic price, so good local pricing knowledge. Got it sold and was very helpful with our next purchase. Top marks all round.

We have just bought s house with someone else but I would of been happy to use Michael Adey had we have found a property with them. The lady who showed us around a couple of properties ( sorry I can't remember her name was also very helpful )
