GoogleThis is the most professional and customer focused estate agency we have ever dealt with. The sale of our home became rather complicated but Joanne and her team were there to support us through it all. They went above and beyond anything you would expect from an estate agency. They value their customers and nothing is any trouble to them. We would highly recommend Remax Biggar, where you will be looked after with compassion, respect and a good old sense of humor.

GoogleThe girls at Remax in Biggar could not have been more helpful during the sale of our property. Right from the start Joyce explained the process and followed this up by taking photographs and 3D views of both the interior and exterior of the property, these, in my opinion, were extremely professional and played a very important part in showcasing our property to its potential. The two girls in the office, Joanne and Lauren then took over the responsibility of marketing the property with remarkable expertise and professionalism, they kept us informed at all times along with invaluable advice that we were extremely grateful for. The Remax team went above and beyond their remit as well as answering any questions we had along the way. GoogleRemax sold my late dad's house within a week of it going on the market. They were very honest and straight about the valuation and what I would get for the house and they were spot on. Andrew and Wendy were very user friendly and it was a very easy process with minimum input from me. I would highly recommend them. A big thanks to Remax Lanark.

GoogleRemax Biggar are an excellent agent. Having got to the age where I have bought and sold a few houses I continue to be amazed how truly dreadful most agents are. Those that aren't can be arrogant and/or very expensive. I must admit that I thought hard about using one of the fixed fee online agents. Yes Remax is more money, but in difficult markets they are well worth it (although in early 2021, after we sold, it has to be said that property sells itself without help! ) They know the area, know buyers and know houses inside out.

GoogleI have dealt with Remax Lanark office a few times over the years now and never been disappointed. I’ve had financial advice from John and everything has always been taken care of. Andrew has sold my house this time and he has been fantastic and doing the views for me has been great as I haven’t had time. Both Wendy and Rachel in the office have made sure that everything from start to finish has been plain sailing making the whole sales process as smooth as it possibly could be. Thank you all so much. GoogleThe staff at Remax in Biggar could not have been more helpful during the sale of our property. Right from the start when Joyce explained the process and followed this up by taking photographs and video of both the interior and exterior of the property we felt supported by folks who appreciated our lack of experience of selling a house. The visual presentations were of the highest professional standard and played a very important part in showcasing our property to its potential. The staff in the office took over the responsibility for marketing the property. They kept us informed at all stages of the process. Dealt with some of the same team 10 years ago which says a lot about how much local knowledge they have. Easy to contact, efficient with viewings and ready to give good, sound advice when needed. Our first planned date of entry into our new property in Biggar was cancelled on the day (issue further down the chain) the planned second one then went through at the very last moment (4.53pm) and Joanne at Re/Max was both calm & totally professional throughout . TrustpilotThe service was absolutely shocking
The service was absolutely shocking - the house we chose to rent was literally falling apart and was against all sanitation rules! From fingernails to used sponges from the landlord, mould and food on the walls. The doors not aligned and definitely not wind and water tight! When this was brought up Roddy washed his hands of it and passed the buck to Sharon... who quite frankly did not care! Absolute disgrace of a company to even be franchised by REMAX... we will be taking this further because no other tenant or home owners should have to put up with this or have wool pulled over their eyes.

GoogleFrom my first visit to the office to arrange for the sale of our house to receiving an acceptable offer took less than 3 weeks and the process was very smooth and easy to arrange. Everyone was really helpful and accomodating and our stress level was kept to a minimum.
