GoogleCity & County Crowland helped us in the recently completed sale of my late Father's house. From start to finish, the whole team were faultless. Our initial meeting with Mike and his guidance on pricing and the current market, to Will who found our buyers to Jacqui who kept us updated every step of the way. This should be a stressful experience but it wasn't. The whole team were professional, friendly and great communicators. This is the second time I have worked with City & County Crowland and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

GoogleUnfortunately our experience with this estate agents, who we were attempting to buy our new home through does not compare with the other reviews here I have read. I must state that I would rather not write a negative review about anyone , but we feel that the service which included keeping us updated and helping us get towards completion of our purchase was practically non existent, to the point that we stopped trying to get anywhere with them and bypassed there services completely. We understand that the seller who was a builder, building the new build was evasive and difficult to get to turn up on the project to complete it, but the total lack of consideration from city and county was appalling, considering we where trying to buy something that they where selling. Moving home is a very stressful time without having to deal with the complacency that we dealt with. In the end we pulled out of the purchase, that perhaps with the help and support of the agents that we expected, might not have been the case . They where the polar opposite of the agents newton Fallowell that we where using to sell our home, who where keeping everyone updated including the buyers of our home regularly. Because we felt they cared and unfortunately we did not feel the same about city and county, in fact they made me feel like a pain when I was chasing for updates. So unfortunately we felt there service was so shocking that it warrants this review. The one star is for Will, who we would like to disassociate from this review.
Dear Steve & Gina We note your concerns in this review and also the duplicated review below from a separate account of yours. It is disappointing that your purchase did not reach completion and you chose to withdraw your offer close to exchange of contracts. I understand that the main issue you had with the purchase is the time taken for the developer to complete the works and him giving you dates when tasks would be completed and then not meeting those dates. Unfortunately from an Estate Agent point of view this is beyond our control as we can only pass on the information we are given. As you had swapped numbers with the developer he was providing updates regularly, as were we. There were a few set backs whereby further works were required to obtain building control sign off, and you were kept fully informed of this. We made assurances that we would contact you once progress had been made, and it was your own decision to drive by the property to check that the developer was on site and then call us to report his movements. Although frustrating that the time to finish the build was not in line with your hopes and expectations, there were instances where inappropriate comments were made by yourselves which were neither pleasant for the call handler, nor for the developer whom the comments were made towards. Rather than take these comments further we tried to work with you to reach a resolution and I am disappointed that the property was not build ready and signed off in line with your requirements. I note from our conversation we had when you withdrew your offer that you were unhappy that you had called in for Mike and your call was returned by myself; this is due to myself being best placed to assist being the Sales Progression Manager whereas Mike is the Valuer and rarely in the office. By myself returning your call you received a response more quickly and this reasoning was explained to you during our call. We are confident that you were updated accordingly and have emails and call logs to reflect this. We are not aware of any further issues you encountered other than the above as nothing further was flagged. Therefore we find your negative review unreasonable and would appreciate if you could take the time to reflect on your comments and remove the review. If of course there is anything further you wish to discuss please do feel free to contact us directly and we will endeavour to assist to your satisfaction.

GoogleMY HUSBAND AND I HAD BEEN DEALING WITH MICHAEL FROM CITY & COUNTY CROWLAND BRANCH, REGARDING OUR PROPERTY AND WE HAVE TO SAY, WHAT EXCEPTIONALLY POLITE VERY EXPERIENCED GUY HE IS, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN FULL, NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. WE HAVE SOLD 30 HOUSES IN OUR TIME AND MICHAEL WAS DEFINITELY ONE OF OUR BEST EXPERIENCES, HE LEFT US FEELING ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED. THE STAFF HAVE ALWAYS ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN WE HAVE CALLED AND BEEN 100% POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CITY & COUNTY FROM OUR EXPERIENCE OF THIS COMPANY. HENCE 5 STAR PLUS FROM US.....

GoogleWhen I decided to sell my house in Crowland, I invited 2 agents to value and discuss the sale with. When Mike came from City and County he was incredibly professional and clearly knew his market and industry inside out. Mikes confidence that he would sell my house was the reason I chose to use them exclusively. Will arranged and accompanied all the viewings at a time when other agents I wanted to buy through wouldn’t leave the office. He was just as professional and easy to deal with as Mike, the fact he came to see the house on his own to get to know it before bringing people around really impressed me. My confidence and indeed Mike’s confidence in their ability to sell the house were spot on, 3 weeks after signing the agreement I accepted an offer for the full asking price. I then got to deal with the fantastic trio of Susan, Fiona and Jacqui who saw everything through to completion! This sale was as smooth and hassle free as I could have hoped for. As you may have already ascertained, I was delighted by the service I received from a really professional, friendly and knowledgeable team. Lastly I promise I am not related to any of them!

GoogleFrom day one through to the completion of the sale of my late Fathers property the C&C team in the Crowland office were outstanding. Good interest was generated in the first instance and the property sold within a few days. Through no fault of anyone's the first sale fell through, but the response from the team following this was exemplary, and they managed to generate a great deal of interest in the property once more, culminating in a sale to an excellent buyer. In all the house sold twice, within a few short days of going onto the market each time. The amount interest generated was truly first class, and the general level of service and attention provided was excellent throughout... Thank you all very much.

We have purchased many properties in the past and dealt with a great many estate agents, but City and County rate right at the top as outstanding in their business ethics, local knowledge, willingness to address any questions and above all, always with a positive and friendly manner. FacebookToday I was amased. Feedback from a viewing of my property was "it is a lovely property, but because it has no garage, it's not what I want". But what is so tragic about the 8 months that SQ had my property on their books and a handful of viewings, is that this was the most responsive of all. And what was Amazing about this? SQ description of the property "there is also a garage in a block with power and light with an electric up and over door"

GoogleI had the misfortune of booking a viewing through the crowland office what a bunch of morons working there its plain obvious these clowns could not get a job at a proper office thats why they are in Mickey mouse office even one star is too much .
