Excellent service I received from David Conway Ltd Estate agent in South Harrow. They put in hard work until they found the right buyer for my property and met with almost the asking price. There was constant good communication where I’d always get updated with the comments from everyone who viewed the property, the service and care I received from sales person Ali Alkutubi was 5 star, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sale or rent a property.

I used David Conway Estate Agents to sell my property, and was very impressed with their communication, responsiveness and transparency. They were able to secure an offer very quickly and were doing showings at flexible times for potential buyers. (Evenings/Weekends) and gave prompt feedback. The actual contracts and completion part was extremely complex involving 3 different management companies, local council and 2 solicitor firms - all of whom were not as responsive or lacked urgency in the matter. It took several months from offer to finally completing, but Ali and James were instrumental in pushing solicitors and getting this across the line. If the other parties just did a fraction of the effort that David Conway Estate Agents had put in then the sale would have completed in weeks not months! Thank you James Conway and Ali Alkutubi for seeing this through to completion! - Highly recommend for any one looking to buy/sell in Harrow.
