GoogleI visited Hunters recently, with respect to a house move to Yate. Sharon and the team gave me fantastic support every step of the way, going "above and beyond" to provide good advice and pick up all my queries and concerns. Such a friendly bunch, taking a personal interest, and I felt in safe hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team :-)

Trustpilotlettings fees are very high
For lettings their fees are very expensive. First 3 months of my 450 rent studio flat they took and I did not get anything. When tenant leaves another month will be gone as inventory check is 180 and cleaning in 250 and this is for a studio flat. If i want to cancel the contract i have to pay 900. Stay away.

GoogleI could not have wished or hoped for better service from Sharon and the team at Yate as nothing was made easy for them due to total inaction and lack of communication from my Solicitors who were dealing with the house owners estate. Had it not been for the team at Hunters I think I would have lost the house sale many times as it took my Solicitors over a year to obtain Probate and over Three months or more just to get anywhere neat having the conveyancing ready to exchange so I can’t thank Sharon and the Team at Hunters for all they have donePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe highly recommend Hunters. We had no success with a previous estate agent, so asked Hunters to take on our property. We wish that we had done this at the beginning. Sharon could not have been more helpful. Lots of viewings. Sharon always rang us with an update, we never had to chase her. The process of the sale was a bit of a nightmare but Sharon was with us all the way. She constantly chased everyone and kept us informed. She also rang to say that she was on the case but didn't have any further news. As the sale was exchanging and completing, Sharon was on holiday, but she took our file home and chased to ensure everything went through. We don't think we would have coped without Sharon by our side. Cannot recommend highly enoughPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have only great things to say about Hunters Middleton branch! From the very first phone call right up to exchanging contacts They have been beyond brilliant. I absolutely loved the pictures of my house and the write up most definitely did my house justice. My house sold within 4 days and I was over the moon with the price!Nicole was the shining star for me- she kept in daily contact and was the most reassuring and helpful person every single step of the process. She chased up people when they needed it ensuring the sale moved along at pace. Thank you so much Hunters but especially a massive thank you to Nicole- you have been amazingly!

To say we’re disappointed with the level of communication from the Horncastle Branch with Michael and Susan Noonan is an understatement and the level of service is a far cry from Michael's commitment to customer experience.Researching this branch shows multi-occasions that this activity has happened here.If you’re viewing a property with the intent to buy, don’t expect them to tell you if any other parties are interested. They’ll just pull it from under your feet along with any visions or excitement of a future you had in said house.Viewed a property two weeks ago, following the viewing we had a really positive conversation with Susan in the office expressing great interest, no more than a week later sold to another buyer with no communication. It would have been professional and courteous to reach out to the buyer but more so to the seller, as I’m certain they would like to have known of other interest. Susan and Michael took away any opportunity or chance to put in any offers, resulting in many wasted hours.I wouldn’t usually leave a review; but the tone in which Susan delivered the news was blunt, lacked any sort of empathy and very closed, to date I am still waiting for a reply to my email which I can only assume has been ignored.We will steer clear of this company for future sales and purchases, knowing that their priority doesn’t appear to be with either buyer or seller.Happy to receive a call or email to discuss our experience with you.

Awful. Incredibly disorganised. Would establish inspections and never turn up, would constantly email about overdue rent that wasn't overdue. Would pass the blame constantly. Attempted to raise my rent by a "reasonable" £200 a month six months into my tenancy which can only happen every 12 months and cannot be more than the CPI price index; they failed on both counts. Renting is honestly awful, and these clowns pray upon the anxiety of insecurity to get what they want.I have bought a house now, I wish all renters the luck to buy their own homes one day so we never have to deal with letting agents like these ever again.

Avoid This Agency, Completely Fraudulent and Untrustworthy If I could give zero stars, I would. I rented my property through this agency as a family home, but they have illegally turned it into an unlicensed HMO without my consent. Despite repeated promises from their agent Preeti that an HMO licence would be obtained, it never was. My rent has not been paid for over amThree months, and my calls and messages are now being ignored. The tenants contact me directly because the agents refuse to take responsibility. I was told I would be reimbursed for repair costs, I provided all invoices, but not a single penny has been repaid. The condition of my property now is appalling compared to how it was handed over. I have photos showing the before and after, it’s heartbreaking. After losing my father suddenly last year, this house held many memories, all of which have been completely destroyed by their negligence and deceit. Do not trust this company with your property. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and exploit landlords. I strongly urge others to stay away, they will promise everything and deliver nothing.

GoogleCan only give 5 stars..would give more if that was available. They were brilliant in selling my mums house. As mother had been elderly and disabled, we had cameras in, so I was able to watch the viewings. Sadly I cannot recommend the Solicitors "Elite" that I got through them.

I would completely recommend avoiding this agency, they are slow to respond, have no information ready at hand and this has possibly been the most annoying process of purchasing a property with them. There was a lot of missing information that I was not provided and they basically only know how to respond when they need something. You will call them and they say they'll get back to you and just disappear. Avoid if possible.

We are in the process of buying a bungalow at the moment and the sales progression team told us the vendor had been to sort the electrics and service the boiler..previous tennants had apparently got in debt so electric was cut off..Hunters lied saying this would be sorted. A second viewing 2 weeks later and a wasted 120 mile journey confirmed nothing had been sorted. When we told them we were disappointed with them we were told to leave the property.

Agent Harj was full of fake promises. Although he was all smiles and seemed friendly, the minute we left after our viewing he didn’t return texts or calls and shyed away from any contact. After several calls to the agents I finally managed to find out myself that the property had been given to someone else, rather than them calling me to inform me I had to dig this information out of them which was frustrating. Avoid!

Contacted this agency regarding a view of 3-bedroom house. The advertisement contained no restrictions regarding families with children. During the phone call, the first question asked was whether we have children. Once this was confirmed, we were immediately refused solely on that basis. I asked several times why this restriction was not stated in the advertisement, but I received no explanation or answer. Refusing access to rented accommodation because a family has children constitutes unlawful discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. Letting agents are legally required to comply with this legislation, regardless of landlord preference. This experience raises serious concerns about the agency’s compliance with UK equality law. I am sharing this publicly so other families are aware.

I have been trying to contact them for 4 months in regards to my flat and contract but they are absolutely appalling at responses and making things clear and helpful for those they are letting to. They have sent me in so many different directions on who to contact and have stopped responding to me within one week of me first contacting them. On top of this it took them weeks to respond and report to maintenance issues, and when they did the response I got was rude and abrupt. As well as that they issues weren't resolved fully resulting in me feeling uneasy in what was meant to be my own space. Absolutely awful service and wouldn't even consider letting/renting from them again.

Pathetic estate agency! The guy who is showing properties mixing up addresses and you end up viewing a different one. If you make an offer they show a very keen interest in person then no-one ever comes back to you. The property owners will never get to find out who made offers and they may just losing out on perfectly good tenants…!They do not even talk to each other within the office to relay interest.You get a bunch of promise, but that is all!Laura is useless!
