GoogleRecently used Lewis Gray to sell my father's property and wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Without my prior knowledge or consent they gave the keys to a local contractor to conduct an electrical survey, the mains supply was turned off and the kitchen flooded and freezer defrosted. They were supposed to give me answers as to how this was allowed to happen but total lack of communication from them.

GoogleThe best Estate agents in Frome. We used The Team at Lewis Gray to sell our house in Frome, we were on the Market for just over 3 months prior to accepting an offer. The Photos that were taken were top Notch, the description was accurate and very well written, highlighting the key points to our property perfectly. Skip past all the others including C&T and go to Cork Street and meet the team.

GoogleHad a really good experience purchasing our house through Lewis Gray. Straightforward, didn’t put any pressure on us at all, answered our queries quickly and kept us updated with movement further along the chain, and then fought our corner to push the purchase through when someone up the chain wanted to delay. They came across as honest, and not salesy or pushy. And everyone we had an interaction with at their office was always warm and friendly. Thank you!

GoogleWould highly recommend Lewis Gray for their friendliness, professionalism and above all, their integrity. Genuinely honest and lovely people who have great local knowledge and seem to actually care about both the buyer and the vendor. None of the negative ideas about estate agents seem to apply to them. Wouldn't consider using any other estate agent in town :)
