GoogleWe’ve recently bought a house through debyshires in chard and Michelle was our estate agent. What a fabulous service she gave . It wasn’t a straightforward sale but she was so helpful and kind throughout , often having to listen to our worries and stresses! She was professional and on the ball throughout and made the whole transaction much easier for us. I would highly recommend Derbyshires and most definitely Michelle. Couldn’t fault them.

GoogleIf you are considering appointing an estate agent, this is the one you should use. I have bought and sold a number of homes over the years, and Derbyshire’s is the best firm I have ever encountered. My current sale hasn’t been straightforward, yet Marcus and his team are consistently diligent and conscientious, the presentation of the house on websites is excellent, and they are also great at communicating what’s going on at every stage. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would happily use them again.

GoogleI have used Derbyshire's for both sales and purchase now in the south Somerset area. Always had a very smooth process and good time lines to completion. There was certainly some extra leg work put in. A particular thankyou to Mr Marcus Bond who was very useful in the sales progression. He always made him self available and took the time to explain. Poor bloke should take more holidays.

GoogleI found my current home from Derbyshire's 2 years ago. I feel lucky to be honest. Anytime I have a problem in the house they solved as soon as possible. They are both professional and friendly. In future if I can't decide between 2 houses, I would definitely prefer the one Derbyshire's present!
