GoogleFantastic estate agent ! Will always recommend you, because in my opinion you are the best! My journey with you was streamless and stress free. Sold my property after 3 block viewings. Sales particulars, the descriptions and photos were absolutely amazing ! so professional. Jacob, Veronika, Lily, Lisbeth and Nicola gave fantastic customer service. Always sounded happy and wanted to help, nothing was too much trouble for them. Jeremy and Josie, your team is a credit to you. I cannot praise them enough.

GoogleOn an extremely difficult and protracted chain, that threw up multiple issues concerning lots of parties, Xact maintained a calm professionalism. In terms of the actual viewings and contact when I originally made an offer on the Xact-represented property, I knew I was in safe hands due to the many Xact Sold signs in the area.

GoogleVery unprofessional when dealing with our house move. The sale did go through probate which took over a year, which understandable was out of the agents hands however the customer service was a joke. We advised on numerous occasions who to contact between which time which was not remembered by the agents. We also were told we would receive calls back which NEVER happened - this was left to ourselves to call the office back. Our agent also left the business and we were not told about this until we called the office after not hearing back on emails. WOULD AVOID THIS AGENCY!

We couldn't be happier with Xact homes and our amazing new home, we moved in a few months ago and love it! Despite some minor delays with paperwork from our mortgage company, the staff at Xact were exceptionally helpful, communicative, and professional throughout. On the day of exchange, when an issue arose with the paperwork, they stepped in immediately, resolved it efficiently, and ensured we could still complete on time without stress. They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, always responsive, proactive, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth. This is how buying a home should be. Highly recommend!

FacebookJust wanted to let everyone know to stay away from Xact homes Solihull if possible. Extremely unreliable and uneithical/unprofessional company. Got house offer accepted in July above asking price. Got survey which showed some cracking so sorted a structural survey. Paid almost over a £1000 for them. Just when the contracts were about to be signed. Get an email if you are interested in this new property on the market and guess what. It is the property I am in process of buying. Now put up 20,000 over the price of mine. Where is the decency to call me 1st and talk. Of course legally one can pull out before contract signed but the way they dealt with this matter. Horrendous and unacceptable. Waste of time and money.

GoogleAfter 6 months on the market with another agent and no offers, we switched to Xact and they found us a buyer within 2 weeks. They worked hard to push through our sale to a very difficult buyer and complete the chain. Would use them again.
