We have been with John Shepherd for years they have handled our properties in a highly efficient and professional manner. Debbie Lock has supported us for a number of years and her fast and professional service has been excellent. Lily Johnson is a currently handling our lettings she has achieved lettings in a timely manner in this difficult market.

If I could post ZERO stars I would. Absolutely abysmal service from start to finish. Zero customer service. It's hard to tell if their staff is strained to be unhelpful or just plain stupid, such is the degree of their incompetence. This business needs to be avoided. Sadly as with many in this industry, very little checks and accountability is possible so they keep on treating clients with contempt.

Despite difficult circumstances around the sale and during the Covid pandemic the team at John Shepherd (Shannon, Gurdev & Harry) managed the sale from start to finish with absolute dedication and care. Tables turn when you are no longer a tenant. Holding onto the deposit for almost two weeks when only minor things were wrong with the garden nothing an hours work couldn’t fix. Super responsive when you’re helping them but when the shoes on the other foot they long you out

Very professional. They (lettings agency) told us that there was a deep coean for the apartment but when we moved we found it wasn’t cleaned properly. Also they have told us that lights were changed but when we moved, many lights weren’t changed but the landlord reimbursed us for the money we paid. They also said that they will send a receipt for the deep cleaning but until now we have received nothing.

Excellent service from start to finish from Sam Lawrence at John Shepard. Involved in selling and purchasing our properties in our recent chain that we have just completed on. Although the chain was difficult due to Solicitor communication, Sam personally filled the gap and ensured everyone was kept informed and on track to deliver, even working our specific case during his Annual Leave. A credit to his profession and his company. A+++

I am a student who is trying to move into an apartment with my friend, and if I could recommend John Shepherd to every single person I know I would! This is solely because of Megan Johnson, an absolute ANGEL who has been so so helpful trying to find me a place to live! I really appreciate her work especially because many landlords are not as welcoming to students, but Megan deserves all the praise she can get!
