GoogleFrom start to finish the experience of selling with Hunters was painful. They had previously sold all the apartments in the block as new builds, so we went back with them to resell. Instead of creating a new ad for the flat, they simply copied the previous text from when they sold it before which included information about other flats in the bock and was really nothing to do with ours, so we had to rewrite the property description ourselves. Over the span of 36 weeks we had 4 viewings, and were never called with feedback after a viewing. We would call after the viewings to be told "we don't have feedback yet, we'll call you tomorrow". We would follow up again to be told "we still have no feedback." Not once did they call us off their own back with feedback. After already deciding to list the property with someone else, we emailed to serve notice on our contract. (An email we still have not had a response to). We went into Solihull to pick up our spare keys which they had from the viewings, to find that they were no longer located in the same building. After tracking them down on the other side of town, we got our keys. We have since found out that the branch manager listed on the website, no longer even works at Hunters and thus we didn't even have a contact towards the end. Best decision we ever made was to leave their services.

GoogleReally professional service from Hunters, Solihull. No ask is too much, they are happy to help and are flexible in their approach. Always get a prompt response to any queries. Heather in particular has been really helpful and is friendly and has a great attitude. Really professional agent.

GoogleWe have just purchased our first property through Hunters Solihull and right from day one the team were the ONLY individuals looking after us throughout the whole process. Peter showed us around the property, he was lovely, very professional but not obnoxious or pushy like many estate agents we have experienced in the past! He was willing to answer any questions we had and his responses were very honest and helpful, he made the house viewing a very pleasant experience. Once we put our offer in and had it accepted Ellie then began contacting us to get the ball rolling, we let her know we were first time buyers and her response was "don't worry, we will look after you" she wasn't lying, constantly keeping us informed, helping us chase our solicitors, helping with queries etc etc. We had updates from the team informing us of what was going to happen during lockdown, once lockdown was over Julie contacted us straight away to get the purchase moving again and she was fantastic, once again helping us chase solicitors, speaking to the vendor and responding promptly. We assumed the process would take a lot longer to complete due to covid-19 (which is understandable) but nope, hunters were straight on it and within a couple of weeks after lockdown was over, we were signing contracts! As a first time buyer, I was not expecting to be looked after as well as we were by the estate agents selling the property but Hunters Solihull provided 5 star customer service. The only thing I will advise future customers is to trust Hunters when they offer there solicitors & services. Unfortunately, we were reluctant to go with an estate agents solicitor as we assumed it's just another ploy for them to earn more money and so we found our own solicitor through a mortgage advisor. However, this led to us ending up with a lazy solicitor that simply could not be bothered - Hunters Solihull did a lot more work and chasing then he ever did! Looking back, I wish I had put more trust in hunters, I genuinely don't believe they would accept inadequate solicitors to work alongside them. For anyone looking to purchase or sell a property, definitely contact Solihull Hunters!

GoogleNo calls answered no calls returned. Left 3 messages on their VM via Rightmove to buy a £450k house .......nothing no interest at all. Also called office direct, no message returned. Business must be good. Too arrogant to even return a call. I've gone elsewhere now.

GoogleI have recently sold my property through Hunters, and their service was A1. From Tom coming out to value my property to Ellie negotiating the sale for us and following it through to completion. The photos that were taken showed the property of to it's full potential. What I particularly liked when dealing with Hunters compared to other agents I've had experience with is that they ALWAYS answer your call and they are knowledgeable enough to answer your query. They don't use call centres which I've noticed other agents doing (including the agent we purchased through which was very frustrating!). A big thank you! Also to mention Julie and Oliver who I've also regularly spoken with, again very helpful.

GoogleWe decided to use Hunters in Solihull and have not regretted that decision .From the very start the customer service was outstanding and efficient. All the staff were helpful and friendly and, as this move was after 34 years in our family home, this was very welcome and reassuring for us. We were guided through the legal process , and all its ups and downs, with the help of their recommended local solicitor. The main advisor we dealt with was Julie Stephens and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and enthusiasm throughout.With a wonderful sense of humour and energy, she dealt with all the process of co ordinating the sale and we are very grateful for all her help and advice.She has a huge passion for her professionals that shines through. A big thank you to everyone at Hunters in Solihull .....you made our move a pleasure!

GoogleI recently purchased a property on Warwick Road through Hunters Solihull and I would just like to say I am so happy with the service that I got, the team (Sue, Julie, Russell, Rob and Mel) were all extremely helpful, polite, helpful and understanding, being a first time buyer I was nervous but they all put me at ease and made the whole process go so well, I am pleased with the results and would most certainly use Hunters again, I would also highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

GoogleWe have just sold our property with Hunters in Solihull and I have to say they made the whole process easy for us. They arranged all viewings and attended with the clients, showed utter professionalism in their approach and we sold fairly quickly. in fact the hunters team also helped with the onward purchase and we completed in six weeks !!! We had some last minute concerns with our onward purchase that the Hunters team stepped in and assisted with, and this was above and beyond the normal remit I would guess..... Great Job Hunters team, would highly recommend

GoogleWe were impressed with the service from Hunters from the the initial visit to value our home through to the recent completion of the sale. They kept us fully informed by phone and via the portal and managed the viewings professionally. The office staff were particularly helpful throughout the entire process and as we had not moved for 40 years their reassuring approach was more than welcome. We cannot fault the service and will certainly reccomend them in the future. Well done & thank you all at Hunters Solhull.
