We chose ginger estate agents from a recommendation and are so glad we did. Carl and his team did an amazing job selling our house, we were impressed with all the marketing, especially the photographs, and made the entire selling process as easy as possible. What was really impressive was how Carl took the time to understand our situation right from the start and that he throughly explained to us who ginger are, how they work and gave an introduction to each team member at the company - you can tell he genuinely wants to help and has a passion for the job. Some other estate agents we saw just gave us a standard selling pitch and seemed so uninterested, unlike Carl. We'll definitely be instructing ginger again whenever we move next. With all the things that moving house can throw at you, don't make it any harder than it needs be. Choose the best estate agent, and in the case of Balsall Common/Shirley that's Ginger. Carl and his team have brought a refreshing step change approach to the traditional estate agent offering. Within the space of a week he had sold both mine and my mothers house, within 3 weeks found another house for my mother (we moved out of the area so he could not help there) and then managed the whole transfer process, including recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, removals etc. But beyond the process of moving it is the team dynamic, culture and engagements that make the real connections and ease the transfer through. We felt supported and in safe hands at every stage, almost as colleagues as part of a team rather than a client supplier relationship. Truly we cannot recommend them enough,

We are so glad that we chose ginger for buying our first home. The moment we saw the home in the website, we decided that it was the one. The way Ginger had captured pictures of our new home was really eye catching. I would highly recommend the Ginger for sellers. They are really transparent and make the buyer go through some confirmation to see if they are really interested, so that they don’t waste the seller’s and buyer’s time, which I found really professional. Special mention to Dy for the warm welcome she gave when we went for the viewing. She was really friendly, helpful and gave transparent information about the home when we went for viewings. She has a very joyful personality. I should definitely thank Beccy for all the updates and chase up she’d been giving till the completion. I wrote to four estate agents when I decided to sell my property. Ginger replied within 30 minutes on a Saturday evening with a phone call and we arranged to meet on the Monday. It took between 2-5 days for the others to reply and one didn’t reply at all. That was the first impressive step of working with Carl Hemming at Ginger. His eye for detail on the sale documents, follow up, responsiveness and honesty was second to none. My sale went through smoothly despite a couple of potential hiccups but Carl smoothed them out. The fact that Carl is not a national agency but a boutique company means the quality of the service you get is excellent. I would highly recommend Ginger if you want value for money and excellent service.

I’ve just brought my first home, from the start to end Ginger Shirley made things so easy. Highly recommend them, absolutely brilliant. They are by far the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. They kept me informed each step of the process. A big thank you to Damian, he went over and beyond helping me with all my enquires. I had a few issues with my solicitor, Damian and Carl supported me throughout the whole process. It was great that I had their support as it made things so much easier. Loved the online booking timeslots, was confirm straight away so I knew I had my booking. From the first viewing Damian put me at ease. Didn’t rush me around, encouraged me to have a good look around the property. After offer was accepted, Damian let me view the property again so I could measure the walls so I could start making plans for after completion. At one point when we didn't think completion was going to happen for the desired date. I had deliveries booked, (bed and sofa) Damian was going to meet me so I could get my deliveries into my house, if we hadn't had completion, he kept me calm, I knew I could count on him to help, honestly what phenomenal service. I can't thank you enough Damian. I am truly grateful for all your help and support. A big thank you to Carl for all the chasing you did for me, I know it wasn't easy at times. I am so grateful for all that you did. Ginger, Shirley estate agents are truly a fantastic team. If you wanna buy a home, buy from them. They went over and beyond time and time again. My 1st advice about selecting an estate agent would be see a few, you soon realize which are right for you. That’s when I met Carl, he was clear, transparent, did not try and up sell and rather sold me what I needed to get the job done. Not once did he ask or have the slightest interest in the other estate agents I had seen. I felt confident in Carl and trusted Ginger to get the job done. The sale aspect was simple, I had some amazing pictures done by Martyn and a advert created which by far set me apart from other properties in the same area, for there attention to detail and desire to present your home in the best possible way is reason alone to choose ginger. We had a single viewing and a few follow up viewing and that was that property sold and I was more that happy with what I got out of it. Now onto after sales, brilliant communication from Beccy, really driving the process on and getting the sale completed way before the purchase. But Ginger and Beccy didn’t stop there, they also helped with the purchase applying upward pressure up the chain to keep everything moving. I am happy I Chose Ginger, money very well spent.
