I have used DM&CO after being messed about by another estate agent. I believe they are the best estate agents in the area ,Starting my journey until completion has been much more relaxing and this was due to the excellent service at each stage. Starting with Gareth then Olivia and my property was on the market very quick. Then Daniel Brookes special thanks to him for making it all possible. The staff worked effectively and very efficiently together and Dan thanks for answering all my concerns no matter how big or small,you have been very supportive and helpful throughout. Overall brilliant service and many thanks to you all,no regrets about estate agents at all. I would highly recommend DM&Co to anyone looking to sell their property and making the journey stress free..

Honest, professional and genuinely care. I would get regular calls on updates on the house we were buying. Sometimes I found certain individuals a bit pushy and as if they didn't appreciate how hard I was trying to get things to go through however upon reflection it was because they were so passionate about achieving a date that their seller wanted.I dealt with a guy called Daniel who was the model professional empathetic, kind and thoughtful - never pushy but always direct. He was a joy to work with.

I recently bought a house marketed by DM&co. They were very approachable and helpful throughout the process. The sales progressor, Dan, went above and beyond to make things go as smoothly as possible with a sale that was less than easy. From an initial Valuation by a very attractive young lady, Olivia, to being taken up by a very personable young man,Daniel. The team were extremely helpful and informative. they quickly found me a buyer for the property! Daniel worked diligently to process the sale and managed with minor hiccups to get me a very good price and conclusion of the sale. Well done team Dm.! I had a great experience with Gareth and Daniel through the sale process of my property. They had a very difficult time with a tenant at beginning but really preserved with her and in the end she gave up and left the property. This make it very easy for them to sell it very quick in the end. I would highly recommend DM&Co to anybody. I ended up using them through a referral from 2 very reliable people. We viewed several properties with Olivia and whilst we didn't purchase any of them (as they were not quite right for us) the service we received was really excellent. We viewed one property three times and never once felt rushed to make a decision! We looked at several houses in Hollywood and Wythall and the service from DM & Co was by far the best as some agencies did rush us through a viewing and that was not good at all for the people trying to sell. If we ever move again, I would definitely entrust my sale to DM & Co and would recommend to friends without hesitation.

My wife and I sold our house with DM & Co back in 2014, the process was managed in a very professional manner. We found the agent took control of the transaction from day one and kept us informed through the entire sales process. Since then I have recommend a friend to sale a family home via DM & Co and they found that due the DM & Co now being an established agent in the market place they had a list of buyers wanting to view the property, thus resulting in a sale above the market asking price in a very short period.

Had a viewing at a property in Shirley with this agent. Was refreshing to see an energetic young man with lots of information on the property, he'd gone to a lot of effort, windows open, lights were on and didn't follow me around which was nice, if i was the vendor i would have been impressed too, a nice balance, not too pushy, not disinterested as some can be, a refreshing chance well done DM & Co, thumbs up from me!!!!

We were recommended this small estate agency and we were originally apprehensive about using them at the time, and considered staying with a larger well known company, however I am so glad we stuck with them. With these guys you get such a fantastic personal and one to one approach that many of the other companies lack. Each viewing there was always someone with me and there was always a friendly voice with each of my stressing and numerous calls. I did order them with so many calls!!! Not once did they show signs of annoyance from my persistent questions which I had received from the bigger well known names. And how fast and hard they work!!! 3 offers within as many days! Despite previously being with a larger company who hadn't even got the ball rolling within a week! And it doesn't just stop once they have your money, the after care is second to none and I honestly cannot fault them. Hopefully we won't be moving elsewhere for a while but would not look to use anyone but them if we do! Thanks so much for helping such a stressful and manic time be so easy and smooth.

We bought and sold simultaneously through DM & Co, and we're glad we did. Whilst Dominic dealt with the early interactions, it was Daniel who largely kept the show on the road (though Ann and Debbie also were a great help throughout), even despite some wobbles at other links in the chain. We love our new place, and they did a great job on every front. If we ever move again, we'll be using this company again.

Extremely happy with the professional service received from all at DM, especially both Debbie and Anne who assisted me along the way in purchasing our house.
