Have had a great buying experience with Ann Wood. I could tell she was very sincere from the start and had the sellers best interests at heart which is very important even when you are buying. She was great dealing with all parties and we got the deal exchanged within a month. A very professional experience from start to end with the human touch provided by Ann.

TrustpilotFirst time buyer
This was my first house purchase and I can’t thank Debbie enough for her help and support during this. I had a difficult time with my solicitors and without Debbie I would have been lost. I can’t thank her and Ann enough for everything.I definitely recommend!

TrustpilotTrue professionals
Sold a house of mine that completed in March 2020, and I'm really grateful to how professional they were throughout the whole process. The usual problems came up during the sale, but someone was always on the end of the phone to sort through them, and the sale completed in an excellent time frame. Excellent time, highly recommended.
Neil - thank you for your kind words. Wishing you all the very best. Stay Safe. Dominic and The Team!

Trustpilot11/10 - would use again ;D
I worked with the Solihull branch to sell my home recently (Jan 21 - completed Apr 21). The team were attentive and took the time to understand my requirements.Once instructed, photos were taken next day, the particulars were created a day or so after. It was on the market within a couple of days from instruction. The viewings were well organised, with instant alerts via text and email. The property was sold quickly, their sales progression manager kept me up to date when required - this was very reassuring, throughout the sale, especially during the completion phase.Highly recommended, great service, friendly team - 11/10

TrustpilotA star service from viewing to completion!
From the moment I called to request a viewing on the property, right through until I collected my keys, every member of staff I had communication with at DM & Co were amazing. So friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I had been looking for a property for some time and had experienced very poor customer service from other local agents. So it was such a relief to find a property with an agent that were so helpful and reassuring in guiding me in the process of purchasing. The team went above and beyond to help me move in just 5 weeks! The welcome pack was also a lovely touch. Thank you so much to DM and Co for helping me move into my dream home. I can’t praise you enough!
