We instructed DM & Co. after meeting a number of local agents and deciding that they seemed like a modern and personable company. Happily, we were correct. From the honest and sensible valuation from Dominic, to being brilliantly guided through the initial process and viewings by Ann (who lined up potential buyers so expertly, that she found us the perfect buyer within about 48 hours of the house going on the market!), to Debbie's thorough pursuit of exchange and completion in the face of a very tricky chain. Ann and Debbie never lost momentum, enthusiasm and a willingness to help and advise whenever we needed them - even popping into our empty property when we had moved 100 miles away and were unable to check it ourselves. Sam has sold no less than 3 properties for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and I would say that she goes above and beyond to demonstrate excellent customer service. Debbie Guest and DM & Co are the best

Debbie Guest and DM & Co are the bestI was left my Aunties house in her will and due to living 150 miles away and no need to live in the house I had no choice but to put it on the market. I was recommended to speak with Debbie Guest from DM & Co to see if she could sell the house. From the first phone call I made to the company to the last DM & Co have been absolutely brilliant. Selling the house was not easy due to buyers pulling out at the last minute on 2 separate occasions and being so far away I was getting frustrated and on every occasion, Debbie maintained her professionalism and showed understanding, empathy and consideration to my situation. She always had my interests at heart and continually kept me informed of everything that was going on, right up until we completed. She is most defiantly a true professional in this field who is a credit to DM & Co. If I was to buy or sell a house in the Midlands I would only want her and DM &Co to deal with it as I trust them completely.

Anne Woods and Debbie Guest at DM&Co. Homes have made my first experience in buying a house a great one. I have heard some horror stories from other people who have sold and bought property but in my case it was the opposite experience. Anne and Debbie had kept in touch with me all the way through. I felt that I was in good hands all the way and they have had to go the distance in removing barriers that arose and/or explained the situations in lament terms. Professional and easy to work with

So far i've been really pleased with the service from DM & Co. The photographs were professional and represented the space really well. All staff that i spoke to were courteous and knew their stuff. I also gave them some pointers (general information about the house) which i know they relayed to potential buyers when conducting viewings. Every time we had a viewing we received written confirmation of the appointment and then within 24 hours of each viewing we received written feedback. I can't really complain about any aspect of the service, therefore a 5 star rating is fully deserved
