Hi Jak We’re sorry your experience wasn’t what it could have been. We did everything we could to accommodate your request to leave before the end of your tenancy. We found a new tenant to take over the property so you could be released from your term early, however, the extensive damage to the apartment during your tenancy meant it took a great deal of time, effort, and money to return the apartment to a rentable standard after you left.

Hi Filsan. We are really sorry you didn’t get the property you wanted to rent. That property was immensely popular and was let within 24hrs of hitting the market. Due to the staggering popularity of the property from launch all the viewing slots had already been booked at the time of your enquiry. I know this is disappointing but we always have new properties becoming available and we are still very happy to help if you would like us to find you somewhere else.

Hi Daniel. We are very sorry you had such a poor experience with your deposit return. This isn’t what we aim for at all. Regrettably the condition of the property meant it was necessary for your landlord to claim on the deposit to bring the apartment back to the condition it was in when you took the tenancy. This decision is made by the DPS, a neutral party who determine a reasonable deposit return to cover justifiable repairs to get the property back to the condition it was in at the start of the tenancy. It is based off the evidence supplied from check in and check out. Unfortunately, as the landlord is removing the property from rental entirely, it became a longer process to organise the quotes for cleaning and repairs to the property to coincide with other works being done to it. For this we can only apologise. We always want to get deposits back to vacating tenants as soon as humanly possible.
