GoogleI have found Martin and Co very easy to deal with so far and I am very happy with the service they have provided. Very quick to respond from the first viewing of the property to moving in. Pleasant staff that are always willing to listen. I believe this particular franchise was recently taken over which has improved the level of service and professionalism of the brand. I would recommend using Martin & Co to friends and family looking for a new rental.

GoogleMartin and CO is a high standard professional Letting and Estate Agents. Their standards are high and every other letting agent should have the same ethic as they do. You rent a spotless clean property managed by Martin and Co, you must leave it as it was when you moved in. You didn't , you must pay. Why do you expect someone to clean or decorate after you on their own expenses? The landlord pays to clean and decorate after each end of tenancy and the landlord wants his money back, not the letting agent. So you people who complain about deposits not being returned, make sure you leave the property as you found it when you moved in and then you won't have any problems getting your deposit back. I highly recommend Martin and Co, their standards are the highest in Slough area and if you rent through them, you will leave in a clean well decorated property.

GoogleThey are ridiculous in charging the money at the end of the tenancy. They want to get all the deposit. For a single bed room apartment they are charging me 1050. Whereas, my friend in Maidenhead paid just £400 for a duplex 3 bedroom house for cleaning and painting and everything included. It is not that I left the apartment in a dirty condition. We got it cleaned professionally. But still these people want to charge £1050. Not recommended.

GoogleAllready at my second rent,from these guys!Great staff overall,recently got a beautiful apartment from Pierre Dupont him beeing serious,on point,quick and a great guy to depend on his experience in doing his job,really pleased with his services from the first encounter of finding us the apartment,have us in for a viewing in short time after,and managing gratiously the paperwork details that we needed at that time.With all my trust recomending Pierre Dupont !Thank you Martin&co!

GoogleBe aware: This company really dodgy, twice i rung them for properties to let which were just added to rightmove by them. as i called i was told the tenant has just decided to stay, twice same response for 2 different properties, they actually don't have any thing to let, they lie and use fake properties as bait to get u to call and waste ur time registering with them, stay away, they are fraud

GoogleI am compelled to share my disappointing experience, concerning the handling of my tenancy and deposit. Despite assurances from the agent that a new tenant had been secured, which led me to vacate the property, the agency subsequently failed to secure this tenant. In an unexpected turn, they then charged me additional rent, which was inappropriately deducted from my deposit. Good strategy I’d say
