I was looking for a company who were wiling to let out my uninhabitable rental property that was totally devoid of certificates for safety re boilers, electrics and had health issues from crumbling interiors and damp And I found them excellent, no questions asked only the fee agreed, I am now looking for further derelict properties I can purchase secure in the knowledge this company can let them

Would never use these again. The letting agents have very little knowledge of the properties they are selling/renting, they attempt to use scare tactics in order to push their way around and bully you into things that are ILLEGAL. Complaints are rarely handled and when they are they’re done so poorly. Unless you want lots of undue stress, I’d recommend using another agent.

Please dont trust martin and co wolverhampton branch, very unprofessional and damm care attitude staff, specially tenant service,Communication is the worst, theybdont communicate well, always take good time t reply you back, I dont know how they survive in the market, it's a high time for the company to think about the service they provide through this bunch of unprofessional delegates, it's a time to change.

Please avoid. After 6 years of renting I’ve never encountered so many issues as I did with Martin and co. They have falsified information and are trying to extort money from me and my partner. Unlucky for them I was smart enough to have evidence to dispute it. Please be careful they are thieves and they will do anything to steal your money.

Would definitely recommend these guys. Used both Martin & Co Croydon and Streatham for our flats. Property management services work perfectly fine for us too. Very reasonable compared to some of these other sharks. Great guys!

GoogleVery bad experience with them. We did rent a house through them in Slough. They are very unprofessional as estate agents. They are unhelpful if any queries are posted to them. Very rude in dealings with tenants.

The company "Don't have the capabilities for digital viewings" - I know even after covid!AND they won't rent without a physical viewing of the property - This makes it impossible for young professionals moving to work from other parts of the UK to rent through this company.

The worst agency ever! Don't use them ever. They don't care about tenants issue. Don't listen at all. No need to help. Just focused on money. We meant to move and on the same day of moving they said that we have to wait one more day. When everything we had ready to move. They are no professional at all. Everything in the rush.

HARBORNE BIRMINGHAM BRANCH. Terrible scammers, terrible for tenants, terrible for landlords. Poor communication. No common sense. Simply trying to fleece you as much as they can. Unable to get my deposit due to them trying to get a quote for cracked freezer drawers so old they aren't made anymore, freezer was in bits when I moved in, refused to relay communication to landlord. AVOID.

Have had an amazing experience with Martin and co in the Winchester branch. We are all students looking to find a house for the first time and the team were absolutely amazing. Really friendly but always professional, would really recommend them. They were very quick at responding and arranging viewings for housing and helped make the whole process very clear and somewhat enjoyable.

I have recently got on to Martin and co about a property that they let the tenants are not cutting their hedge and it’s out of control and they are not doing anything about the problem instead of dealing with it you end up getting cheeky emails back from them worst company I had to deal with shocking reponce from them

We rented from Martin and Co in Leeds. Initially the process was great but when the property had problems they did not want to know. They even hid details in the contract, in regards to electricity suppliers that caused us issues in the long run.

GoogleI sent two messages to Slough branch about a rental in Maidenhead. Not only they never answered my messages, they also put my mail to their marketing "spam" lists without my consent. So what I get is no rental but lots of estate news from Slough. Extremely unprofessional and unethical

Beware beware beware We left the property last month Crewe due to end of contract after two year and we cleaned the property hiring outside help however they deducted most of deposit. Customer service is horrendous and the employees don't bother nor respect for tenants. once the money being paid then they don't care. PLEASE AVOID THEM

Honestly surprised at some of the reviews here. I've had an great experience with Martin & Co compared to other estate agents in the area. Very friendly staff always answering my questions and happy to help. Great customer service keeping in contact with me via the phone and not completely spamming my emails.Very good service.
