GoogleCannot fault the whole team. They are all nothing short of amazing. Kyle for doing the viewings, Ciara overseeing everything, and Kirsty for liaising with all the solicitors and pushing it along. Made my life so much easier. Thanks for such a positive experience!

GoogleJENNY HALL in Lettings was amazing throughout the whole process in securing the property. She helps when others estate agents don’t attempt and just say SORRY without talking with landlords to see if they would agree. Even after me and my babies moved into our new house, she was kind enough to call and see if I settled in ok and if I needed anything. The nicest person I have met in this trade and if needed will definitely use again. Highly recommended to whoever requiring a great service with a SMILE. Hope you like the flowers! Thank you so much, Sidra- SL3

GoogleThe service from the team at HKL was outstanding.A more professional approach you could not ask for. Tania went out of her way to keep us and the buyers of our house up to date at every stage of the proceedings. She resolved seemingly insurmountable problems in a calm and reassuring manner, bolstered our flagging spirits and was always available to answer even the most trivial of questions. My neighbour recommended HKL to me and I, unreservedly recommend them to you.. HKL are simply the best!

GoogleWhen putting our house on the market we were first thinking of using an online estate agent however decided against this due to bad experiences from friends and family. We were recommended HKL by friends; one who had bought from HKL and the other who had sold via HKL. We can only echo our friends’ words by saying how professional, responsive, honest and reliable Tania & Chris were at all times. Throughout the process we were kept uptodate on everything and never had to chase as HKL were so proactive. Very reliable, helpful and pleasant to deal with and they went the extra mile to provide excellent service, would highly recommend this Estate Agent to anyone! Thank you very much!

FacebookWe used Hilton King and Lock to sell our home in Farnham Royal. We had some difficulties because our proposed purchasers twice had to pull out owing to mortgage problems resulting from Covid. Thankfully Hilton King and Locke were very supportive and found us a third buyer. I would particularly like to thank Kirsty Bravik for her efforts on our behalf. She is a marvel
