GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID HAART ESTATE AGENTS SLOUGH. JONATHAN ISAAC offered a property to me on the condition that he is paid £2000.00 in cash to secure the deal. JONATHAN stated that there are many other 'generous offers' on the table and a 'Mr.Singh' has offered him £6000 as a 'drink' but as we viewed the property first he would accept our deal. I formally reported this on the evening of 18th August to the Director Paul Vickerstaff. I have emailed and sent phone messages to Paul continuously asking for an update in terms of the investigation but have not received anything. Note: The corruption is ripe and only those who can afford to pay cash payments as a bribe will secure properties! 😃 - happy house buying 🙌

GoogleI am looking to buy a property. My first contact with one of the employees was abrupt and rude with no concept of customer service. A different employee took the initiative to call me back and arrange a viewing. I arrived half an hour before the agreed appointment time. He either didn't show or was late as the appointment time passed I then left. No phone call at the time, no phone call to let me know if he was running late, no phone call the next day to apologise/explain. I'm not comfortable entrusting this company/branch with the purchase of anything let alone something as large as a property. Very unprofessional. Have asked to be completely removed from their database.

Googlethe WORST realtors in SLOUGH. if you are looking to buy or rent then DONT I repeat DO NOT use their service. Their estate management is a rip off and no one ever answers your queries. They are not helpful in anyway and keep bouncing you around! We made the BIGGEST MISTAKE of our life by renting out a place through them and we were assured that any minor wear and tear will be taken care of by the property management firm which was HAART so the taps were leaking and one of the wooden flooring was squeaking along with their being fungus on some of the walls as the place we rented did need some work and we were ASSURED that it would not be a problem and would be fixed and till now its been around 6 MONTHS but NOONE has don't anything about it. so guys if you are looking to rent a place DO NOT pick this agency cause you will be sorely disappointed and I know after writing this review we might not get our lease extended but we just needed to get the word out there to save someone else the trouble we have gone through. Bunch of fraudsters and liars who feed us a bunch of lies just to get us into the property. They really need to work on their ESTATE MANAGEMENT TEAM who looks after the property cause if this keeps on going with other people they would surely have no business left!
