My experiences of working with David , Gill and the whole team at Frost in Burnham from beginning to end was excellent. David and his team arranged and carried out viewing days, qualified prospectus buyers to ensure mortgage arrangements were in place, and achieved a price we were very pleased with. As a first time property owner it can be really daunting to understand the process but Wendy couldn't have made it easier. After a bad experience with Purple Bricks (lesson learned!) we turned to Frosts in desperation to sell our house in order for us to purchase the house we had already had an offer accepted on. I met Wendy Taylor some 8 years ago. I was considering renting out my house that I had decorated and renovated and very happily lived in for several years! Absolutely awful experience. The letting agency completely ignored our requests throughout the tenancy. The landlord refused to repair anything, and we were forced to live with a cracked window during freezing winter nights. The apartment was in terrible condition from the start, yet when it came time to move out, they found excuses to withhold part of our deposit. Instead of returning what we were rightfully owed, they used our money to pay for a “deep clean” for the next tenants. Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and greedy. I would never recommend renting through this agency.

Currently in the process of moving out and they are making our lives difficult. Kept getting messages stating that my application isn't completed when I have screenshots proving it's complete. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. Weather this is company policy or not, we both live in different cities and financially we can't travel to the office just so they can see a physical copy.

The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership

A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent. In addition, the door number and the intercom number were different and this made it difficult for deliveries to come to the property due to this misunderstanding. So watch out before renting with Frost Partnership.
