They were always available to answer our questions and kept us informed about every step of the way. "From start to finish, Abbi was incredibly communicative. So as Lilli and David. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Their attention to details and guidance were top notch. Our first purchase fell off almost after a wait of 3 months and we were really disappointed the way negotiation with Seller was handled by the agent for first property. Hence we could feel the difference and understand how important the role of an estate agent is during the process from viewing to completion.. I had a great experience working with Abbi at Frost for my recent property purchase. She was super proactive right from the start and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Wasn’t a great experience at all, from the get go Abbi Watson tried pressuring me into making a decision and asking me to go against legal advice despite advising we wouldn’t be proceeding without a Dead of Variation to protect myself on the biggest financial decision of my life, contacted me on numerous occasions saying “don’t listen to your dad or sister an indemnity covers all basis’” when advising we wouldn’t be purchasing the property she replied in a very hostile manner. Wouldn’t advise dealing with her if you can, I understand the commission on a sale but no thought about customer experience at all!

Very professional service. Sold and purchased a property through Frosts Burnham High St recently. Staff were so helpful nothing too much trouble. All viewings were negotiated in plenty of time and an effort was made to bunch them together whenever possible. I was a novice at both buying and selling and felt guided and supported throughout the whole process. David,Megan and Fred made the process of selling our house and buying our new home as pain free as possible. From the initial valuation to completion they went above and beyond. Everything that was promised at the time of valuation was delivered. Groupings of the viewings was very appreciated. David took on board our requirements for our new home and gave us a call when he valued a property he felt met our needs and when he was instructed to sell it booked us in for a viewing enabling us to secure our new home quickly.
